Well. Retired law-enforcement officer here. For me when I was on the job I didn’t care about what my department thought of me. I just wanted to take bad guys to jail for the crime they committed. I wanted the public to know that I took a job that I could die for someone I didn’t know. I did my job knowing that I was the sheepdog protecting the flock. Gonzo.

Please waste more time and tax money on the malicious prosecution of a journalist. But when my children and I needed protection from a stalker, I got nothing but falsely accused of a crime by local yokels. (That was proven to be false because I had video.) I do not believe this guy will be able to enact meaningful change. If he is not already, he’ll just be corrupted by all of them. And STOP with the “dangers” of pulling over highway speeders to make your ticket quota.
