This is literally one of the worst Prosecution opening statements I have ever seen. It’s amazing to me that it is in total contrast to the best opening defense statement I have ever seen. The trial of the century. I am from Canton/Stoughton. I have been fascinated by this case for so long. It’s currently day 13 of the trial and I had to rewatch this and i am just stunned, lally will loose his job after this trial im sure.

I feel for what this young woman has gone through. Unfortunately, thought someone is dead under suspicious circumstances with a shaky official "investigation" and whatever "harassment", the defendant isn't responsible for a crap investigation. That falls much closer to this young woman's family and home than the defendant. Judge made an error in this decision to call a the pattern of questioning an "open door". I thought the Judge said she was going to maintain a fair and impartial trial. She hasn't upheld her end of the bargain so far - and in all of this CW or defendant - is a Boston PD officer's death that no one including this young woman seems to care about. This case makes NO SENSE - WHY IS IT EVEN HAPPENING?
It’s no surprise. The way that economy is there’s no hope for their future. And all the crap going on in school these days? People are strapped for cash more than ever before under this Biden regime that’s got to be depressing itself and you know, families are struggling and fighting at home over money all the time. Not to mention the price of food. The kids probably aren’t getting the nutrition they need either.

It must be hard sitting there looking at the person who murdered the one you love. Including the cause of having to deal with a set up against you that could rob you from your freedom as an innocent law abiding citizen. The worst situation ever. 😤

This actually cracks me up !!!😂😂😂 im a sidewalk contractor in Boston and the metro area. Ive been repairing and restoring sidewalks in this city for 20 years and have known about this forever. I know where to dig and where not to dig. This problem should’ve been resolved years ago. All those sidewalks down in Chinatown and downtown area and the south end are an accident waiting to happen. Ask any contractor who has any experience digging in this city they will say the same thing. Good luck trying to restore all those sidewalks to new
