Mighty trailer Gerry , the red looks well behind a green tractor , matches your other red trailers etc . A wee digger would look well on it lol 😉🙈🙈👍👍lovely lookin calf's Gerry 👌👌
Best of luck with new loader Gerry, lovely machine...only downside wrong colour, you'll have to spray her green...lovely calves good luck to them, great they arrived the natural way. Some would say the Hereford can be hard enough calved because of head size, not your experience obviously. Thanks for the video & stay safe.
Good man Gerry. You probably have made the young man's day. That's the way start them young. You will have to do the same with your little one in the years to come 👍😆
Did ya win the lottery or what gerry? Low loader and a 3650 😂 Next thing will be a digger of your own, 3 ton would be very handy especially for those awkward straw pens but would look a little small on that low loader
Looks a very nice trailer Gerry! What's the maximum weight you can put on it? I take it you've still got the other trailer that I thought is a low loader as well? Great looking calves and twins are always a bonus too. They're all a credit to you and your dad.
Nice trailer Gerry, perfect to visit a few shows with the vintage tractors. She is a very useful trailer. Ideal for pallets of fertiliser etc. Cows dropping money onto the floor, how bad. Keep on keeping on.
Great video and best of luck with new purchase. Never understand why people put thumbs down to content as good as this. Jealousy must be live and well 🙊
Always thumbs down.....the thing you always have to remember it any of these things are there for anyone to buy. They didn’t just make 1 of them. If you want them Work hard enough and you’ll have them too. 🤷🏻♂️
Hi Gerry, I am getting tired of saying Well wear to you 🤣🤣🤣👍 only joking. Now that is what I call A serious piece of kit. So well and robustly made and all the extras on it are brilliant too. My women being from Tyrone I've heard great reports of Mc Kee engineering when I'd be up there. Something that I have being inquiring about myself as I am interested in buying something for transporting bales myself down the road as I sell 2 to 3 hundred every year and getting them transported is not easy especially when everyone is busy at bailing time. I think a tipping/ bale trailer combination might be the way to go for me. I will certainly be looking at Mc Kee after seeing yours. Lovely always to have twin calves and yes there is something special about Hereford stock I love them myself too. Great video as always really enjoyed it. 🚜👍.
Couple of questions about the lo loader, is the drawbar sprung, what weight is she rated for and are they super singles or doubles, doubles can bring muck out on the road.
yes sprung drawbar, 27 ton I think it her rated capacity and went for duals rather then super singles. I know they will carry mud but the supers would have left the low loader quite a bit higher off the ground and we didnt want that
Nice looking trailer Gerry should serve you well what is the gross weight of it, did you not fancy a rear flasher on it. Well done with the cows and calves oh and when you getting a Massey Ferguson on the front of it then😉
@@jerryodriscoll3691 it's a breed never worked with but as u say the continental breeds seem to the choice nowadays although still think an Angus Highland cross is a really tasty bit o beef 👍
@@bobpaterson1845 we have a limousin bull and angus cows that are huge yokes, most of them are 5'6-6ft at their back calves out of them are a good size and muscle plus the angus have enough milk to support twins
it really depends, tractor scrap yards can be good place to get bits you need. but I’d always check with your local JD dealer and price bits there. some parts can be quite cheap. no point giving 50 quid for something second hand if you can buy new for 70. also nick young tractor parts, and www.johnconaty.com/ are good
not exactly, 3650 purchased wit a personal loan I’ll pay bk from my plumbing job, low loader us between us an a friend. so it’s leaves it very affordable. 👍
