This song is not about a girl cheating on Corey, far from it man. The songs title is in reference to the real life place "Solway Firth" which is in the UK. You just got to look deeper into these songs my guy, understand them better, don't take everything at face value.

@@justafreakingnerd If you know about Solway Firth, the place, there was a picture taken there with a little kid and what appeared to be an astronaut. People saw this and came up with stories and such that made it seem that Solway Firth had paranormal properties or whatever. Of course that isn't true as the "astronaut" was actually a women with their back towards the camera and their hair tied up. Corey definitely took inspiration into writing the lyrics based around his life. That's how I can explain the whole song, but there's no indication that the song is about a girl who cheated on Corey.

The song is about a back and forth Corey had with a photographer, Corey was dealing with depression and wasn't in the mood to smile and put on a happy face for the camera, the photographer basically didn't believe Corey about his depression and this song is response to that individual. "you want the real smile, or the one is used to practice not to feel like a failure". Corey opened up a bit and then being called a liar does what most of us do, his response was anger, "what have you done!"
