Honestly there’s so much going on in that scene that it takes a few rides around to figure it out but it’s a lot of collapsible fabric and facades in conjunction with the projection mapping!!

Don't worry, there are tons of Easter Eggs relating to the great movie ride. Like in the carnival scene, on a poster on the left side of Donald's booth, you'll find the Great Moving Ride. Also, on the mailbox in the twister scene, it says, "No Place Like Home." which is a line from the Wizard of Oz.

Just rode this for the first time last night and was blown away. It is a fantastic ride that will delight kids and adults alike. The theme song is so catchy too! I can't wait to ride it again! I also loved that it paid a lot of homage to The Great Movie Ride. You begin with a slow train crawl just like with the original ride. Then one of the rooms you go to is a Western theme room, and another room is like a back alley kind of feel, and Donald even rolls out in a truck similar to when the gangsters attacked. I'm glad that even though they made this new attraction, they didn't forget what a classic gem the original one was.

When you get on the train, there is an entrance to the next area. If you look there, you can see the numbers “1928” witch was the date Mickey was created.

It was exactly like being in a micky cartoon. And the style of the cartoon really translate into the rides as well! I was very suprised by this and it hit the mark better than i expected. I saw some ride aspects from the newest star wars ride, but i would love to know if there was any new twchnology put into this ride and how it works!

you should talk about stuff happening at disney because of the corona virus. i don’t know if i’m allowed to comment this or not, but, the college program for disney shut down entirely. every single student in the program has to pack up and leave because of it. there is a slim chance that some of them could get on a list to be re-enrolled, but very unlikely. i would just like to get more info on it and such. again, great video!! love you, TPM!

Could you do Easter Eggs from this ride cause I saw two of them, 1 was when you’re just starting off in the ride and the frame around the cave entrance it’s at the top and the number is 1928, which signifies the year Mickey Mouse was created and 2 was in the carnival area there is a poster next to Donald in the hot dog stand the poster says, “The GREAT Moving Ride”, that’s a nod to the previous ride that The Mickey Mouse ride took over, The GREAT Movie Ride, and I literally just found them in this video, also I kinda wish that I was able to go back in time and ride the old rides cause looking at videos brings me back to when I was younger and didn’t really remember it and enjoy it until seeing the video or until it was too late, but yea that’s all I got.
