So, I got a truck that I have wanted to own again since high school. I picked up a 1994 Nissan Hardbody D21! This video is quick introduction to the truck and I also show you a quick preview of my new shop.

No chrome gang! Nice project. We have a 4x4 hard body around the same year sitting at my inlaws with a blown head gasket and no plans to fix it.

Swap it! There are a lot of engines that will fit these trucks, but most require fabrication.

Nice Mike, congratulations on the new shop, and the upcoming project. If it turns out anything like what you've done to your fresh to Def bikes, necks will be breaking. I'm sure you'll put alot of love into that truck,and shop. Looking forward to seeing the updates on both.....Kalispell Montana represent 🙌 much ❤️ homie.

Cool. Looks like you have your work cut out for you. I wish they made more aftermarket parts. The older Nissans put out more power than the older Toyotas. I like the old style. I had a 1987 Hardbody SE. 4 inch "sport" lift out of the factory V6, 4x4, extended cab 5 speed. 31 inch was the stock tire size. I bought it for $200 out of a friend's backyard Probably put $2000 into it. I had it for maybe 3 years with a spun bearing from the get go. Man, I miss that truck. I wanted to drop the turbo Z V6, but life happened. I would always say "meet the truck that can't be stopped" Can't wait to see that progress on this one.

Mine I had in high school was a 86.5 2WD slammed on the ground. I blew up the transmission in it, but other than that, the truck was solid! I'm excited to get to working on this!

Sweet lil truck I gots a 85 s10 v6 ext cab but I prefer the single cabs. I got lucky and bought it off the original owner and it's got 80k on the clock in sweet condition...but if it was up to me I'd get the Japanese 4 cylinder single cab truck

Sounds like a great deal. Is it 4x4? I would have traded my 93 single cab Toyota for an extended cab any day. My grandpa had one of those old S10's and clocked well over 600,000 miles on the stock engine and sold it. It never stopped running. My favorite part on those old S10s is the little shelf that ran along the bottom of the dash.

I almost got an S10 instead of my original Hardbody! I prefer the single cabs on most mini trucks too.

@@thelagmeister sadly not the 4x4...yea also when I went to maintenance it and pulled out the original copper spark plugs on it crazy what condition I got it in it's pretty much off the lot to me I'll do a walk around on it when the weather is good
