Phenomenal, Holly! I thoroughly enjoyed the tour of your home, you have done such a beautiful job styling each space. Wow! I’ve followed you from the beginning and your style has really evolved and I LOVE it! The projects outside have me really excited and can hardly wait to see how you style those spaces, it’s such a treat! Thx girlie! Xoxo 🌷🩷🐇🫶🏻
Beautiful home, I really like the decor you have set up for your home. I am also in love with the white paint colors you used for your walls and door/trims, would you share those colors? I am in the process of repainting some of our farmhouse at the moment as well.
Your home is so beautiful! You’ve done so many great updates and your creativity is limitless. Congratulations on all that you’ve accomplished in your young lives.
Love what you've done so far. You are so fortunate to have two other structures to make use of. I would suggest a couple of small tables in your small living room as there is no where to put a cup of coffee, etc. Also in your larger space I would suggest a couple of tall green faux or real "trees." It would warm things up a bit without taking up too much space. Best of luck.
I love to see how your home has changed. You are finding out your home will never be “perfect” because our sense of style/decor evolves and changes. Like one poster here, one does not need to move to a new and/or bigger home to get a new look or do an expensive remodel- if your hard decor is classic (floors, wall tile, cabinets, etc) then changing hardware, wall color, faucets, curtains, throw pillows, etc makes a home look updated a lot easier and cheaper than a remodel or moving! As for the shelves on either side of your fireplace- just paint them, don’t add any built ins, that area is pretty much perfect as it is and painting the shelves will brighten the area and allow those family photos to pop more as well as your decor items already there. Thank you for the tour!
I have watched your home transform over the years and have gotten some great ideas watching you. My favorites is still the wainscoting you did in your dining room and the fake beam. I like the color of your front door do you recall what the color is called?
Holly everything is beautiful!!The idea of the party barn and the tiny home is amazing!!!I still would love to know who the tiny home is for??Is it for your mom???You guys are very blessed and I am happy for you!!!!Can't wait to see more!!!!😁❤👍
they are called life proof flooring. I wouldn't recommended. We put in our home when we built six years ago and loved so much we added to the living room. They changed the way they make the flooring and all our flooring has chipped in the living room area. :(
DVD's? What's that? .... Lol!.... in any case, your home is lovely! LOVE the black Hutch garage sale find...fits in that space/wall so perfectly! Also, rethink the circular shaped kitchen nook table...it is AWFUL for playing family board games...ask me how I know! Rectangular is much more conducive for playing games in that area...if you are thinking of doing so!
Please, please, where did you get your roman shades??? The link doesn't take me to actual shades. Your home is stunning. You have added some really great touches to the house itself to make it even more amazing. I love your channel! ❤
Love this tour! Thanks so much. You asked for suggestions about the side of the fire place. I think two matching vintage dressers would look great underneath the shelving. Just a few other suggestions, I would get a bigger rug as all the furniture feet such as the couch is suppose to be able to sit on the area rug and I would bring in the wing back chair to form an L shape making sure the legs also sit on the area rug. I would also add some side tables for drinks, lamps and some real greenery to the room. And place a throw over the back of the couch...they call this the butt of the couch and either a throw or a sofa table is a great way to hide the butt of a couch. I love all your colors!!!! They are so peaceful!!! You did an amazing job with everything. I'm not a fan of the small lounge room as I feel the furniture is way too big and the couch is not pulled out from the wall so everything just looks tight but if it works for your family, that's all that matters! The reversible framed photos were such a great idea!! I could see doing winter/fall photos on one side and spring/summer on the other side and just flip this according to the season. So glad I found your channel, I really enjoyed everything!!
Have love watching you grow from the beginning lil homestead, and grow your channel to incorporate special finds for your home and your kiddos.. and now with your party arm and tiny home as well. You worked hard for it all, blessings to you and your family Holly!
I appreciate your dedication in homemaking for your family and viewers BUT feathers????? Did you say feathers were inside the sofa for stuffing? Isn't that animal cruelty?
Do you eat poultry? Lots of poultry have very happy lives...then ...lights out. It isn't animal cruelty to humanely raise them, harvest them, then not waste by using the by-product, feathers. They are already dead when you pluck them. No offense to you...some people just might not understand the process.
