Today is Day 2 of our series 10 home tours in 10 days and of course with that farmhouse style 🥰 Today we are visiting Tammie from @ourprairiefarmhouseblog on instagram - ourprairiefarmh... and she will be walking us through her beautiful tiny farmhouse style home! I wished she would have shown more of the home and not the decor items. Like the small fridge & stove and the laundry area. Also would have loved to see the closet space. These are all things tiny living folks love to see and get ideas. This home actually looks bigger than 400 sq ft. It’s really cute and the kitchen is big

700 sq. feet sounds a bit more workable. I love the idea of a tiny house and this was an adorable home however I'm going to need a little more room.

I love this cute little house!! My parents are getting ready to retire and downsize. They will be building on our property and this is the perfect size for them! The set up is perfect and I love the kitchen! For a smaller home this feels larger than it is because of those high ceilings. Love all the details, beautiful job!

My dad passed away last summer . two months later, my mom almost died in surgery. She sold her house and is living with my sister but stays with me some. She has decided to move into my guest house, which was formerly a 22 by 24 Workshop but it looks like a home from the outside. We have renovated it and she is so excited to decorate it and have her own place again. But she will be on my property so I can check on her. I came here for decorating and design ideas. Our space is very similar. I even have my dad's deer heads can hang on the walls . What a great tiny home! Thank you for the inspiration!

Sweet sharing of her tiny farmhouse. Would have loved more info about her small appliance sourcing, building materials (such as countertops, siding), house plan name or #. Home is full of love and displayed antiques but no signs of how they actually live with no apparent vacuum cleaner, groceries, clothes etc. This house is truly a gem

Thank you for the slow camera work. You can really focus on things and not feel dizzy. The house is sooo cute. I love the walls and the cabinet that you painted. It's nice having that storage too especially by the front door. The transom windows are really nice too. I love the look of them for that vintage look but also for their function. I've never been one to like open shelving in the kitchen but I absolutely love yours. You've decorated it perfectly. It's so nice that you've incorporated old family heirlooms and gifts from family into the decor. ( love the marbles ) I'm also a fan of glass door knobs. The front door hardware is really nice. thank you so much for sharing your home. It's really adorable. It's nice that you lived it in before your larger build and now know to plan for less of a house than you intended. It's funny how things work out like that sometimes.

I love that I saw a Southern Living house plan in real life. ❤ Such a cute place! I love the transom windows and the beautiful cabinets and plate rack. I put feature shelves above the end of my peninsula also. It’s a great focal point from another room, and it’s difficult to reach that area on a daily basis, so decor (with rarely used but practical pieces) made sense.

you have a lovely little home! Is there a second floor or loft? It looked as if a second floor might have been a possibility from the outside shots. I would have liked to see the ceiling. Also I was hoping that you would have talked about the flooring in the bathroom. I loved the look but wondered if that was real brick or something that just looks like brick. FYI- the video was at times difficult to hear and it felt like it moved just a little bit too slowly. I hope this feedback will be helpful to you. The video was very nicely done, otherwise. This is a beautiful home. I love the mixture of antiques and the more contemporary pieces together, just the right amount of everything. I also love all the beautiful sentimental items. Just perfect. I hope we get to see the bigger house as well when y'all build. I'm with you on the smaller size houses. I just love them. We live in a 900 Sq. Ft. house and I love it.

I need to replace my windows and would love to find some of 2 over 2 pane windows that you have. They are so period correct for my own home!
