More recently, since the eclipses have discovered that I don't question my higher frequency energy or intuition as I was once did....Grounding, remaining in the moment, recognizing our triggers, and pushing away intrusive thinking or difficult memories is the practice of mindfulness which we use in trauma focused counselling. Loving kindness is another practice to increase gratitude and develop compassion for self and others which will create a kinder future for us all.

By the 8th, an orthopedic surgeon fixed my fractured elbow and arm with six pins, a plate, and a metal radial head. Since my surgery two weeks ago...I certainly feel like I have been dealing with swelling and plasma (at the 3D level!). I have experienced a good amount of panic lately - unusual for me. But I realized I had become complacent with my life and knew I needed some sort of push. I got it. Since then, I’ve relaxed into my own flow and released a lot of expectations. Flowing with the unknown can be very frightening, but that is resistance. I’m realizing it’s time to take my experiences from years ago and blend them with what I have now in order to be more present and discerning. It was tough for me, Pam. I’m the peaceful person who supports others from the sidelines. Maybe I need to leave the sidelines now in order to become more independent and active? I see the plasma on and off... it swirls and vibrates has a dull sparkle to it and dull colours. I have hypnagogia sometimes, the plasma creates my dream world. If I lay very still and watch it as I fall asleep it starts off as movement and then forms into scenes of people and places that come to life as it forms and takes on full colour. I have to balance on the edge of being asleep to be able to watch it form into a dream, it's an amazing site. I have also been going into the vibrating phase before out of body for the last three days. I have been out a few times in my life but it takes effort for me. Both seem to come and go in short phases. But seem to be becoming more often. Very interesting to develop a new sense or spiritual ability❤😍its nice to hear others are seeing it too Thank you Pam you are truly gifted. I was sitting in meditation earlier today & thinking about how we are all connected. I visualised a kind of web which permeated everything & was fluid and elastic, undulating in waves encompassing everything. I think this was plasma. I have been noticing that more & more I tend to think of something & then later it comes up again in something I read or watch or hear. Amazing!😃

Very inspiring! I had several "aha moments"! esp regarding Mars-Neptune opposition; it taught me something about my natal Neptune quincunxing my Mars in Taurus (nature/earth), and it makes so much sense now!....I used to think it was my moon-mars opposition that depleted my energy. I frequently out of the sudden used to find myself in a wobble, like a bull in deep mud, and thought my watery moon was doing this to my earth Mars (I had this image of the moon pouring so much water into Taurus via the opposition line to make the terrain muddy so my Taurus bull Mars got stuck in muddy earth/Taurus). Now I think it was Neptune. Conversely, when I ("accidently") started using the wilderness (Taurus) not just for hiking or physical exercise (Mars), but I used it as a sacred temple (spiritual Neptune in "religious" Sag), the wobble phases reduced dramatically, almost non-existent these days at least. I literally started using some secluded parts of the woods like a temple for over a year. Going there to receive messages. I don't even enter without permission. It has happened couple of times they didn't give me permission, so I did not enter. Also regarding Uranus trining the New Moon. I just noticed I had this aspect to my natal Uranus during the last full moon, and that was awesome inspirations and intellectual breakthroughs...I am excited for this one too. Regarding the New Earth: one of the messages I received in the woods was that "you are already living in paradise". I by no means live in the New Earth or the 5thD, but the message was trying to tell me (and I got its meaning right even then, but now I got a reconfirmation) "paradise" (AKA New Earth) is not some place else. It's already here. It is YOU (i.e. your consciousness) that needs to shift to experience it.

I can feel Gaia in my Tai Chi and Qi Gong practice asking for our grounded consciousness to help her. So interesting you made mention of this. I’ve been called to create an online course to share this art on a larger scale for the collective.✨💖 I pray it helps🙏🏽 seeing this keeps me inspired to keep going in the creative process.🌟

Was nervous taking my five year old to dentist today. Last time I got turned away for not wearing a mask. I was wanting to try. To make my point.
