What a wonderful practice ❤ I really enjoyed the twists in the lunge. It felt good to go from side to side. I even got to roll out my mat on the grass and loved doing the heel drops directly on the ground. So so grounding! Practicing in sunny Scotland 😊

If, e.g., Gemini is associated with the throat, lungs, etc., does it mean that these organs are more exposed to some damage/injuries?
Oh thanks! Yeah I’ve been teaching for so long that, my music has evolved a lot over time. Re:the parts of the body. The zodiac sign associated with each body part might shed light on why certain body parts are prone to feeling the impact of daily life more than others. For example, I’m a Virgo which rules the digestive system. Stressful or unbalanced times effect my gut tremendously. But the inverse is also true - I normally have a great relationship with food and digestion. My gut intuition is also strong and I’ve learned to recognize and trust it over the years. It can be the part of the body where you feel strengths and imbalances manifest the most. To your example, a Gemini may love to sing and/or thrive as a communicator/creative. But maybe especially prone to sore throats or respiratory problems when ill. In times of imbalance the Gemini anxiety is quick to spiral bc of the association with the nervous system. Geminis are very sensitive, intelligent, and imaginative which are all traits linked with the nervous system. I highly recommend looking into your sign and it’s part of the body. This isn’t a replacement for medical science, it’s just great way to get to know yourself and how to support your wellbeing. It can shed light on your strengths and also help you notice the early signs of imbalance. I’m such an astrology novice but it’s so fun and so interesting to explore!
