Those aren't fog lights, front marker, and turn signal light. I had a 1981 CJ5 for 25 years. It's really great to see an authentic CJ front end! Good job Axial!

My biggest issue is price versus the vanquish option along with the fact that you need a different radio in order to operate both servos on this one instead of just adding servos it does look good. Just I would rather buy the vanquish or spend an extra 80 and get the RTR vanquish portal edition

That's the BEST looking crawler I've ever seen.. but yet again out of my budget.. I've not bought an RC over 500 since the LMT and I don't know if I ever will again unless I don't buy anything for a year 🙄👍👍👏

Axial nailed this scale crawler with the automatic doubler transfer case shifters, break gas and parking break foot lever Era correct, body & interior are beautiful I dig the gen right body armor & bumpers this is a very versatile upgradable platform thanks for sharing

Thanks for your reviews. I don't usually comment on this type of stuff but when my 10yr voices his opinion on something like this and compares to our 1/12 scale RC Dune Buggies suspensions, I do a double take and say "Whaaaaa". So you've saved me a lot of headaches. For what they're asking for in price we can skip it and wait for their next version where they can provide a real independent suspension, make it with a hood that opens, and comes with the little trinkets like the beer can and the thermos properly painted. So that's a PASS for me.

But the absolute best feature is NO TURN SIGNALS!!!! 👍

It’s got a pretty good approach angle and awesome steering angle in full throw! I’m really happy they went with an old school CJ7 body shell! And Wow! Amazing scale interior, BONUS!

I am undecided on the colors. The red one is a bit more flashy. I can't get passed the price. Out of my range....

0:07 I would argue that this new model is no more scale than Axial’s own SCx10III Early Bronco from two years ago. Similar open roll cage, full interior, straight axles, functional matching spare tire, lights, opening doors and fully licensed body. I have that early Bronco rtr and this CJ 7 as well. I’m happy with both.

Second to comment...according to the screen, it be came available just 1 minute ago! Like a real Jeep, you can actually take the doors off. The drive train looks like a real Jeep with a transfer case! It's a very scale vehicle! That dig break lock is a bit amusing. Ford's answer to the Jeep Wranger is the Bronco, and the new Bronco has that feature and they brag about it as the Wranger doesn't have it, unless it is added by the owner as many of the hardcore rockcrallers do with their highly modified Jeep.

Camera was moving way too much. I don't know about others but it makes me dizzy after a while. Just want to give you guys some feedback.

I think a good two speed trans is better than the dig. I like the axial trucks, but I like the traxxas two speeds better. makes them good for trails and climbing.

Dig is sooooo cool!

Great video guys. There is also a bracket to mount a light bar. And dig can be used to help pull up a hill letting front pull up the hill so rear doesn’t over push the the rig. Or like u said helps descending down a hill and not have rear over pushing. Happy trailing.

NIce. I'm a big Jeep fan (although I just traded my Patriot for an older Tacoma...would have loved a Wrangler...but couldn't justify it). This looks like a fun vehicle. I'm mostly a plane guy...but someday this might end up on my shelf.

Is nice looking, finally more companies are paying more attention to details lights & accessories etc. Though like you said some missed opportunities. A big one to me was no driver or passenger. Nate you have got to get glue off your mind. Now that you have your new sticky stuff, you now have the option to stick & hold or remove. A small bit in the cup holders & you can hold or remove, no more glue forever 😮😊😊. Very good cold review 😬🥶😬. Time for Hot cocoa 🍫☕️🍫. ⚓️⚓️👍💚🧡💛👍😯😊😬🥶👍⚓️⚓️.

I like the jeep but I do have to say a fully working hood and the fact that it's a crawler and not a basher I think a light bar would of been nice on top since their already running lights.

Dig is a real thing for most all serious offroad trucks IRL. Its very scale, especially since the cab had a twin stick transfer case controls

Why portals. As always axial will fail to provide completed painted bodies. A hard body would be nice.
