I am using the LIFT for around 3 months now and hands down it's the best for long-term mouse usage! No wrist pains and easy grip. P.S. get the black one, white gets quite dirty

Had the Pebble mouse & K380 keyboard for a few months now, I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT when using them at work as I can switch from my personal laptop to work desktop super easily and they feel and look so damn good. A bit of a learning curve with the rounded keyboard buttons but you'll get used to it pretty quick. And crazy how silent the Pebble is 🤫 Pretty affordable for all this awesomeness is the big bonus!

Just make sure that if you do screen or window capture that cmd- keys still work. I've got one of those Channel 1,2,3 keyboards but it's from Macally and I had to toss screen capture to the wind. I have 2 iMacs and an iPhone so I really needed my desktop area.

The Lift mouse is awesome. I tore a ligament in my wrist a couple of years ago, and it’s hurt ever since when I work on my computer. I found the Lift keyboard a few months ago and it significantly reduced my pain on my wrist. It takes a few days to get used to it, but once you do, it’s great and a MUST BUY for people with any type of injury. I just wish I would have discovered it sooner.

How does this compare to the Apple Magic Keyboard, if I don't need to switch to windows/other devices? I just connect to my Mac, that's it. To me its really down to the typing experience, aesthetics, backlighting, and build quality. Or should I swap to a mechanical keyboard, to be able to swap to cute keycaps and all that? 🤔

Yay! I really like your videos because you are enthusiastic, which is what tech should be about. Since you are doing keyboards--I'm sure you know about them already, but maybe you could do a review of some Keychron keyboards. They make keyboards for Apple computers and they have a variety of keyboard sizes and styles and their designs are pretty neat.

I’m retired now but when I worked with Photoshop all day and my hand/wrist would get so tired. I’d heard about a vertical mouse like that Lift (different brand, may have been Evoluent) so my boss ordered one for me and it was wonderful!

FYI all my logitech keyboard and mouse are flaky with my Mac Studio. The mouse often gets jittery and the ONLY fix is to either reboot OR remove the mouse from Bluetooth completely and re-pair it. Time consuming and interrupts work flor. This problem has been brought to Logitechs attention awhile ago but no fixes offered since (google it). The ergonomic keyboard I have has been a bit more reliable but on occasion requires Mac reboot to find it. This has not happened in awhile though on the keyboard. Also while the Logitech mouse flakes out with bad scrolling or jittery motion the actual apple mac trackpad and mouse are silly smooth. I use all 3 due to the issues with logitech so when it crasp out I just use the apple or do the disconnect/unpair and repair dance.

Logitech is such a great product. The only thing I don't like it doesn't have the number keypad on the keyboard in other colors. I only saw it for the black and grey keyboard.

What’s the diff between the Lift for Mac and the regular Lift? As I understand they both connect to Mac and PC and use the same Options+ software. Additionally, the regular Lift includes a Bolt receiver as well. So it seems you’re getting the same model with one less feature when purchasing the Lift for Mac version (and at the same price)? Are there any added benefits to the Lift for Mac version that I’m missing?

Hi Justine - I have a Logitech Mx Keys and it's just fine - except that the 'switch between 3 devices' "feature' is actually a bug. It really doesn't work at all in my experience of switching between Windows emulation for work and Mac for home, the switching won't stick. Also, the Caps Lock key won't stay on. This means if I do switch to a mechanical keyboard in the near future, it won't be from Logitech. To balance it out though, the MX Master 2 I have is really great and I convinced work to buy me one for the office.

My main reason for sticking with the Apple mouse is the horizontal swipe between tabs and the pinch to zoom in/out, I use it all the time for work and design and just haven’t seen anything to replace that efficiency 🤷‍♀️

You can have all these functionalities in a logitech mouse as well with their gesture control. I have a mac book and m720 Triathalon and it works as a charm. PLUS unlike the apple mouse after heavy usage my hand does not cramp up because of the more ergo design.

I love the fast switching, I just hate that when you switch on the keyboard it doesn’t also switch system on the mouse too. You have to lift the mouse off the desk and hit the button on the bottom every time you want to switch the mouse. That I find frustrating.

@@iJustine Universal control is brilliant when using apple devices. Unfortunately on my home office I’ve a Mac, a PC, and a MacBook Pro that I use for both Mac OS and bootcamp into windows too. So even the Logitech Bolt auto switching doesn’t work great for me. Only works between 2 of the devices. But Logitech should allow you pair a keyboard and mouse together so that when you switch one, it also switches the other over.

@@TheSEOPub Honestly, that never bothered me about the apple Magic Mouse. If it ever ran out, I would plug it in, go make a cuppa then come back and it would be good for the rest of the day. Then plug it in when I’m finished for the day and wouldn’t have to even think about it again for weeks. To me, the port on the bottom was just a non-issue.

I got the MX keys and the MX Master 3 for my Mac, they are so comfortable and the amount of functionality for the Mac is INSANE! They work better with the Mac than Apple’s own Keyboard and Mouse.

Probably unrelated... but I've been trying to get into iPhone development and pretty much found out you're supposed to have a device with MacOS. Since I don't need yet another laptop nor big tower station, I'm not looking into a Macbook nor Mac, and I'm doubting whether it's worth it to invest at the moment into a Mac Mini (2020) with M1 chip and 16GB RAM, or that I should wait for the M2 release, coming hopefully this year. Any ideas?

PSA for iPad users. The line "compatible with iPad OS" only means it will connect. I bought the MX master 3 mouse for my iPad pro, thinking I could edit some videos with it. Turns out, mouse functionalities on iPadOS is.... not good. Button support is very limited. The wheels won't work if certain things were bounded to other buttons. I tried so many different settings and apps, nothing felt intuitive. Better off using magic keyboard and touch.

That blue color on the keyboard and mouse. I think that's what everyone was expecting Sierra blue to be on the iPhone 13 pro. It was so disappointing because it just turned out to be a super muted powder blue which is not nearly as vibrant in person as Apple made a look on video.

I have the Mx Master 3s and I have an error on the Macbook pro m1 14. When I move the mouse it keeps locking the pointer and I'm noticing that the keyboard also hangs sometimes causing LAG. Even connected by Bolt receiver. And the Bolt is on a dongle in the USB 3.0 port

Switched most o my rig to Logitech over the last year… using mx mechanical keyboard (blue switches) and mx master 3s along with a g pro x wired headset when needed

I have smaller hands and I didn't know the pebble mouse was considered "small" it fits in my hand really well.

Ridiculous that the right Option key is so far to the right. It makes it almost unusable in the languages which require holding this key and the letter to enter a special character (like in Polish). The same issue with the MX Keys.
