The Axel Rudi Pell album is killer. Scavenger has a great 80s old school metal sound. Great haul this week.

I just picked up my first Metal Church album - Blessing in Disguise. Record store was spinning it and I thought of this community. Awesome stuff!

My picks last week was Mike Campbell and Black Country Communion. Both awesome.

As mentioned in a previous comment I found myself enjoying the Motorhead CD. Yes its raw and perhaps not the best sound quality but it's nice to hear these well known songs in thier earlier versions. Definitely worth having in the collection Nice one Brendon Quiet Riot ish 😂😂😂 Anthony!!!

I heard the Paul McCartney Wings release wow what an album you’ll love it.

Axel Rudi Pell's first band was called Steeler, not the US one with Yngwie, they released 4 albums and they are really recommended especially the last 2. And you mentioned Charlie Huhn who actually sang on the first Axel Rudi Pell album.

I’m excited to see that Deadringer album reissued. I’ve had the vinyl for years and love it. I may just have to get the CD! Thanks, Brendan!

Oh, I'm going to the record store tomorrow for the first time since Oct last year, very excited! Got some stuff from Japan again, shipping only takes 3 days which is great: Anthem - Domestic Booty; China - s/t; Edu Falaschi - Eldorado (the real reason for this order, there's no EU release); Heartland - s/t; X (Japan) - Blue Blood. Then I got Belinda Carlisle - Cornucopia; seems that it's becoming sold out, so I grabbed one from Amazon. Last, but not least, two releases by Solarcycles: Ethereal Storms, and Lunar. Love the album covers, and the nature focused lyrics really speak to me.

Recently bought a used copy of the first Mudcrutch cd (which includes Petty and Campbell), really dug it. Gonna pick up the 2nd one in the near future.

Picked up the McCartney and Mike Campbell....still waiting for Black Country Communion too. Per your review I had picked up the first Freeways waiting for the new one to arrive . Like their sound. Going to give the Axel Rudi Pell a listen. You've broadened my horizons 😂

Ordered the Aerosmith reissues that came out last year. Received the first four Toys In The Attic, Rocks, Night In The Ruts and Rock In A Hard Place. Should be receiving the others later in the week. Just wanted to get a fresh take on my Aerosmith collection even though they might not be remastered since 1993.

Also got a few new releases this week A two CD one Blu-ray reissue of the classic 1994 Seal album. Really good stuff and the Blu-ray audio sounds fantastic. Also got Mike Campbell and the dirty knobs, the motorhead, the Decemberists, Moby, Lalah Hathaway, issue of the Monsters Of Folk album, the deluxe Feet Don't Fail Me Now 3 CD by Little Feet, new album by instrumentalist Lindsey Stirling, remastered two CD set of the two original Doobie Brothers greatest hits and finally one of the best of the week One Hand Clapping by Paul McCartney & Wings

Axel Rudi Pell is awesome! Period!

The Bowie box-set costs around 170 Euros (~ 182$) here. I have not the place nor the money for this, although i like a lot of his stuff . I am interested in the Paul McCartney one, but we have to wait, because it is out of print and needs to produce more. Great that you have the Deadringer one, i have ordered it some days ago, but it is deliverable in 1-2 weeks. All in all a little bit frustrating.

I don’t know how you do it. Buying cds all the time. You must have a good income and/or budget your money well. Do you ever sell cds back to a used record store to help defray the costs of getting new ones? This perplexes me. Take care!

Totally unrelated to the vid...: Whatever happened to the annoying "Parental Advisory, Explicit Content" stickers/print , that ruined some great cover artwork ?? I recently listened to Slayer's "Divine Intervention" (great cover), and that stupid "warning" is there.
