Does anybody else's pointer finger nail always grow round ???? I can never get it square because it's like the sides don't grow like my other nails ! Lolll
Your pointer fingers nail is getting worn down at the sides through normal wear and tear. I use false nails, as mine never grow past the ends of my fingers, and I find that over time, certain nails will start getting rounded at the sides (I use square ones). It's usually my pointer, middle and ring...the pinkie and thumb, not so much.
@@Kiwi_Tea Ahhhh that makes sense . I guess cause it is the most used finger besides my thumbs . Which are also rounder , come to think of it . My middle , ring and pinky though are beautifully square thankfully !
Amazing step by step guide!! I did not know about cuticle exfoliators and roll on cuticle oil!! Thanks for such an easy to understand and detailed video!! Beginner nail care questions: 1) How often should one use cuticle oil? 2) Can I immediately start painting my nails after this nail care process or should I wait for the next day? 3) can I apply cuticle oil to moisturize my nail bed AFTER there is already colored nail polish on my nail? Or is this best for use on bare nails only?
Glass files don't seem to cause the splitting rougher emory boards cause. I haven't seen an issue since going to a glass file a year ago. But my nails are quite flexible, and not very thin. YMMV
Whenever my nails are long enough for almond, I do try and have them be almond, but a tad softer. Sometimes square can be too bland, but looks good with certain colors.
I would recommend to do what u like bc they are ur nails it doesn’t matter what ur mom thinks but maybe u could try the square shape for a while to see if you like it
You can try the almond shape if you're a bit bored of round shape. I personally like those too on me because my cuticle is shaped kinda round. And if you want something little out of your comfort zone, then try squoal nails (I'm not sure how it's writen but you can search on internet nail shapes and then it will come out) They are not completely square so it will be a good start! But of course if you like the round shape the most ,keep them like that 😁. Sending love❤
This really inspired me to grow out my nails, I currently have on acrylics and I was wondering if anyone knows the best way to take them off without ruining my naturals?
I file in one direction on the nail to discourage splitting. Maybe she doesn’t have a lot of issues with that so filing back and fourth doesn’t hurt her nails.
What bottom and top coat do you recommend that are from the drugstore. You love the most. My biggest struggle is ones that don't chip my nail polish also a matte cost :) anybody else have any recommendations
Its a personal choice. You could do this only before you paint your nails, in between painting them, whenever. It can be done usually most of the time tho every week or so
Bro I cannot go even a day without picking and tearing at my nails and my cuticles are so wrecked lol. I've played softball aince I was 8 and am only just now getting into skin and nail care and actually caring how I look.
Hey, I let my nails grow nature. Always between 0,5 and one cm over the fingertip. At the moment I have te problem that they rip off easier than before.. It's always only one..
Hi Thanks for the recommendation Please make simple but easy nail art designs And when evey I make nail art design and I wait for 10 minutes to dry it after that also it does not dry please tell me what to do Any one have any suggens
You could report it to the salon before they do it to anyone else. Keeping your cuticles moisturized (im not 100% sure this but because like your scalp, healthy cuticles usually go along with healthy nails.) As of the moment keep a later of something on your nails for strength and to act as if that missing layer that was filed off was there, like just a clear top coat (especially gel) or polish.
