I'm a descendant of the Van Keuren's (Keulen/Ceulen). My 9th(?) Great grandfather was one of those guys in charge with Van Rensselaer! This is wild

I decend from the assistant commissioner of Fort orange at this time Dirk Cornelius Duyster and Jan Cornelius Duyster later changed the last name to dutcher to suit the English the better
