Excavator seems a bit small for the truck size.

it took me 2m30s loading a 769D (40T) with a CAT 345 and you 2m15s with a 374 (dont know what truck you are loading tho but looks similar) my boss is telling me i can load it in 1m30... i seriously don't know what more i can do to be faster... any trick ?
