Went there last year October. Beautiful property 😍😍. Nice place to take alot of pictures dwl. Bedroom and bathroom was lovely. I enjoyed the Lazy River to the max🤗.I only had 2 problems ( Martha's Restaurant ) i never like food and drink

Went this past summer, worst experience ever. The room was moldy and full of gnats and the ac never kicked on despite switching rooms. And speaking switched rooms, the new room we were moved to had used towels, urine scented bathroom, and bloody sheets, the food (including privilege) was cold unless it was a reservation restaurant. I don't know WHAT happened because I'm seeing a trend of people saying they had a great experience about a year ago, but repeat guests having nightmare vacations. Also, I don't wanna bring up race, but I feel as though resort staff seemed to prioritize non-black guests because they believed they would give better tips. Some staff would give you great service for a tip and the next day turn cold and distant. I also didn't feel safe because I was repeatedly bombarded my male staff flirting with me. I was 22 at the time, but still not willing accept their advances to leave the resort which they were asking of me. That made me extremely uncomfortable. It was literally like I got through dealing with one guy and another would show up doing the same thing.

Was at the Nickelodeon resort in Punta Cana few months ago will be travelling to this resort in two months. Punta Cana food was horrible and we have a 5 year old finger food autistic son. Hopefully they have chicken nuggets and French fries

The first year it opened it was very nice. Went back last September and it has lost its luster. Patchy repairs, dirty dining chairs in Martha's, food is awful, etc. If it weren't for the Jerk Hut and the Coffee Cafe, I would have starved that week..it definitely needs a face-lift. And please stop pushing that damn timeshare..

How do you get them to clean up the beach of the rocks and sea urchins. Talking about the hotel is one thing, but to fix the problem How do get them to fix the issue.

Does anyone have access to this location reservations desk direct phone number? I've called 3 different numbers and no response with this location. As it pertains to the food, all the food listed here and on the website is part of the guest all-inclusive experience? Or what restaurants is extra money?

Save your money and don’t go to this crappy resort went in April 2022 and it’s was terrible the drinks were terrible food was average at best bartenders would severe locals before anyone else even if you were in line waiting 10+ mins cuba was 1000x more fun and it was half the cost
