Today, we’re having sushi again, everyone! This place is called “Yume,” the newly opened Omakase restaurant at Park Lane Ekkamai. It serves traditional Edo-Mae menus, Japanese authentic. The leading chef of this place is Chef Dream, a Thai chef that had an opportunity to work in a sushi place in Japan and has experienced numerous God-like sushi in Japan. He learned sushi-making techniques in authentic Japanese ways before relocating to this Yume restaurant, permanently.
In the past, the name of this place was 505 Sushi Paradise. It was a tiny sushi stall nearby Central Bangna. The owner is “Nay” who is Bom’s friend back in high school. He likes to eat sushi so much so as to sort incredible ingredients to serve his customers. Nay has invited Bom, my family, and me to have a meal at his restaurant. We had visited it several times. I was impressed with it for the very first time and was waiting to make a video out of it as he told me to wait for the renovation. Now, the renovated restaurant is back to business. We, therefore, come here to make a review for everyone.
His mastery in sorting ingredients brings so many high-quality items to the place. Plus, he knows his ingredients very well and can pull out all the charm of each ingredient to all bites. Besides, Chef Dream and Nay (Nayrrator HAHAHA) are Thai which makes the communication, stories, and everything flows. I think that is such a good point. If you like eating Edo-Mae Omakase, come and try it here!
