You can only buy items in base tho 😂😂 I mean sure bad memory exist but still every 5 secs is crazy. Because those 5 secs nothing will change about the build unless they die
RoA is currently a dead item: it used to be strong as 1st item for some support champs, especially like Rakan, so they made it take *50%* longer (45s instead of 30s per stack) to stack. Now, with Rakan nerfed into the underworld and support items making it not as worthwhile for supports to rush, the stacking is still too long. Plus, with reworked boots, trying to rush RoA means your opponent hits their powerspike before you and steamrolls you and your blasting wand.
ROA needs a buff. The game progression Riots moving into that item falls short. It's a late game item but since it damage passive takes a little longer to activate building it early on is really the only way to maximize it's utility.
