In this episode of our New Orleans best burger search we are sampling the best burger options in the New Orleans area. We’re visiting the classic American restaurant Shoney’s to sample a cheeseburger for our restaurant review video. There used to be a lot more Shoney’s locations around but these days it is hard to find one still open! This Shoney’s is located in the New Orleans suburb of Gretna at 420 Westbank Expressway which is about 12 minutes and 6 miles away from the New Orleans French Quarter. I have many fond memories of eating at Shoney’s locations in the past and was quite happy to see that this Shoney’s location has finally re-opened after many years of being closed. You are invited to eat with me some New Orleans classic American food as first we feast on a cheeseburger option here that is a blast from the past for me as it has been decades since I last had a burger at Shoney’s. Our restaurant review videos will be exploring some of the best New Orleans restaurants and this New Orleans food vlog will show you how we enjoy our New Orleans neighborhood restaurant experiences. I might go so far as to say that New Orleans might have the best cheeseburger in the USA to my taste and the area offers many great burgers. Our cheeseburger experience here could be one of the USA’s best cheeseburger candidates but we will let you judge that for yourself. I am constantly asking where is the best burger and who has the best burger and often I find the best burgers are still found in New Orleans so we will eat with me burger perfection so let’s get started with a burger eat with me on our travel vlog.
