GW Fins is located in the New Orleans French Quarter at 808 Bienville Street which is across from Arnaud’s Restaurant. GW Fins opened up in the French Quarter back in 2001 and has gained local and national accolades ever since. GW Fins is noted for their “ocean conservation cuts” that maximize the usage of every part of the fish to increase seafood sustainability.
