Around 45 minutes it looks like a doorway carved into the side of the mountain, it looks like three rectangles placed inside of each other Paul called it a triple inset doorway. I have just recently found Paul Wallis' wonderful videocasts and now Matt LaCroix is emerging as a new force in the past of humanity. Paul, Matt, I have literally no experience in ancient history, but I am fascinated by the megalithic structures and the mother of them all, The Great Pyramid of Giza. I want to show what I think makes it very difficult to believe the Khufu's architects would have incorporated into the design of the supposed tomb for the great leader. Here goes and it would be thrilling to hear what you think in some later presentation of yours. The Great Pyramid of Giza is an eight-sided pyramid, the only one of its kind if my facts are correct---please correct me if I am wrong. Well, here is where I have great difficulty in accepting that Khufu's architect would have known that on the first day of the spring equinox and the first day of the autumn equinox, one side of the pyramid is in the shade for the first day only and for a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the afternoon. This can only be seen from high above, I believe I have read that you need to be more than 1,000 feet above the pyramid to view this. This tells me that manned flight had to have been achieved and that this pyramid was in fact a calendar that could be 'read' from above i.e., in the skies or most probably from space. This is a fact; this shows intelligence on a scale of unprecedented ability. One architect said that for the eight-sided pyramid to have been just one centimeter off at the base would have meant the structure would not have been able to be completed as it is. This one fact, if indeed my data are correct, shows that the people in the time of the building of The Great Pyramid of Giza were capable of manned flight on earth and I firmly believe in space.

The video of Matt next to the statue, reminds me of Ezekiel 41 17 In the space above the outside of the entrance to the inner sanctuary and on the walls at regular intervals all around the inner and outer sanctuary 18 were carved cherubim and palm trees. Palm trees alternated with cherubim. Each cherub had two faces: 19 the face of a human being toward the palm tree on one side and the face of a lion toward the palm tree on the other.
Paul and Matthew, this is fascinating, thank you. Might I suggest to look into ancient Slavic-Aryan texts? And perhaps include a Russian researcher of the Slavic-Aryans in the team. Some of those texts describe events that could explain what was found, including vitrification of the stones.
The egyptians didn't build the pyramids and took them over, but I believe they still had contact with the ancient builders/sky people. And I think we kept this open contact and public coexistence until recently (16th century or so). There are different styles of buildings from the true ancient masons who build those megalithic buildings to 16th century, but there are way too many similarities between those buildings (we call "churches", "castles", etc) that we still don't build to this day, we don't use it. Like the gigantic size of things, the intricate sculptures, buildings carved in mountains, in pure granite caves, huge doorways, alcoves leading to nowhere, same columns, same domes, same cornices, same stone, same huge ceiling height and so on. Most castles that we see are very similar to these ancient megalithic constructions, so I believe they were survivors of those very ancient times. And today with modern technology we don't make alcoves, we don't make mega structures, churches are just normal buildings. Everything is human scale. We build in height with the help of modern technology but not in huge scale. The doors, windows, hallways etc are human scale.
If you consider their average height its understandable that ceilings would be high, as well as the dimensions of doorways, etc. Later building was their hybrid offspring at work, having some knowledge handed to them, but not all the knowledge. Furthermore, they did not share the actual technology necessary to replicate the older building techniques.

@Matt, In one particular book by Zecharia Sitchin, it was presented as strictly by Enki, that Enki wanted to tell it in his own words, other than the Sumerians telling it for him. I don't know if there were separate tablets with these writings by Enki. or if Sitchin just picked out these ideas and thoughts of Enki from the regular tablet translations online. I wouldn't know where to look, but if you aren't aware of them, it may be helpful for your work if you can locate the tablets, or an academic or professional translation of them.. The book is titled, "The Lost Book of Enki: Memoirs and Prophecies of an Extraterrestrial God." The references in this book, may tell what sources Sitchin used to write this book, but I' don't know.
