I weigh 260 and my wife is much smaller but even with my scupper hole cut out I never have to add it when fishing. I keep it in the shade at home so I do have to remove leaves now and then but it was a great decision.

Marine sealant is not a glue, it is purely a water tight seal. The through hull fitting ( skin fitting ) is secured by the threads and sealed by the marine sealant.

Beautiful boat Marty! I really love this video and will be watching it over and over! My truck was parked in a space and an 82 yr old elderly woman tagged her Dodge Charger passenger mirror on one of the rear Pelican pontunes, making a big dent and creating a small hole. The police officer said she was at fault and being Christmas, I said I would take care of my boat if she would take care of her mirror. Even though in her thoughts, my parked truck and her moving, I was at fault...She agreed! What do you recommend I do to knock out the big dent and do with the hole? Great video. I was wo.ndering would you take this boat out on a river? Do you think you could go upstream with you colman engine? I'm a river person and my inflatable SeaEagle SE9 can't go up stream because of the hull speed.

Question regarding the starboard sheets you were shaping for the gunnels. Where did you buy the starboard and what was the dimensions? I can only find small pieces that would not be the length of the gunnels

I am looking at putting starboard similar to how you've done on my bass raider. Do you think the starboard will hold a downrigger ok? I wonder how much flex if any a 3/8 or 1/2 inch board would have. Awesome videos btw!

On your old Bass Raider, what material did you use to reinforce the back of the boat? I'm looking at getting one, but one of the biggest complaints was the wobble in the rear. Or is there a video on it?

Are you going to place skid pads or runners on bow part of bottom on the pontoons? It would protect it from pointy rocks and gravel when running it up a beach or boat ramp. Wood, polyethylene or?

Where did you get this PBR? I love the Silver. That must be new. I have always been reluctant to drill into my Bass Raiders. You don't seem to have any issues at all doing it. I love the seat. Where did you get that seat? Also, are you happy with that particular motor. Great video. I agree some type of floor is in order. No question about it. Great video. The PBR goes Silver... Love it. just bought the pelican bass raider. in your opinion, can I use my suzuki 6 hp? it weighs 52 pounds. if I don't go full throttle, will this boat be able to handle this 6 hp suzuki at half throttle?

Can I ask you a question about putting a scupper hole in my 10ft pelican mustang? The back has a storage area that is like a little tub and fills with water if it rains or water splashes in. There is no scupper holes, I have seen similar 10ft pelican that has them. Should I put them in? Wondering why some 10ft models have them some dont?

Awesome looking boat Marty did Pelican custom make that for you? I’ve never seen it in blue before. Great mods now you just need to add the 5200 all around the lip again lol.
