Dude, thank you so much for all the support on this zine. Having my work featured in a Matt Day video next to content from other photographers I look up to like Josh and Shane is crazy to me. I definitely wouldn't be repping Chillicothe so strongly if you hadn't set that example for me through your content. Seeing how you talk about Chillicothe has definitely impacted my view of this town and I just want to help promote that message even more from any platform I have available.

The Chilpaco zine looks great; I just ordered it. I worked (retired in 2018) for a company (AccuRay, now ABB) that provided measurement and control systems for many of the paper machines at this mill.

I always love your photo book reviews, but this time you've moved the bar a whole lot higher. The colour palette in Nathan's pictures reminds me of Kodachrome (RIP). So awesome to have another perspective on your hometown - I wonder how many more there are!

I just stumbled on this video years later looking for some cool photo books to get and I've genuinely always thought chilpaco was shot with old Kodachrome stock. I'm genuinely considering checking out an X100V. If it looks that close to kodachrome, I'd gladly swap my richoh for it.

Wow, Black Water River looks incredible! Thanks for reading from the book Matt, it's a really valuable insight and definitely made me more inclined to follow up in finding out more and more likely to purchase a copy. And speaking of Stanley Barker books, any chance of a 'Matt Day interviews Jason Lee' video when the black and white book drops??? Would love to see it!

All the books look great! One of my favorites, 10 miles west, the colors and coincidenses! Matt, can I ask you, your leica M6 has a 0.72 or 0.85 viewfinder? I like 18, 35 and 50 lenses, but also be able to use a 90. Is that posible with only one viewfinder? which is better for you? Thanks!

Shane Taylor has a new book coming out made up of his colour work. If you want to get a really good sense of the mood of Britain (well, London at least) in a post Brexit world Shane's Instagram feed is excellent. He combines a sense of melancholy and isolation that is covered in a patina of nostalgia. It isn't "in your face" street photography. it is quiet and contemplative. We are looking in from a distance, much like Dave Heath's "Solitude" work. I'm very much looking forward to his new book.

A little photo book recommendation is Austin Augies Journal (he recently did a video with willem verbeeck). He‘s a photographer/bmx rider, and the book is a collection of photos from the last 4 years. He is really talented.

Hey matt, didn't know if you would come across my message on Instagram but I was just looking through photo books online and I've come across one called 'An ordinary day by Karen Haberberg' it's a book on the photography of 27 families living with children with rare genetic conditions. Just wanted to share it with you encase you are not aware of it.
