Other reviewers are talking about features and battery life. I'm more of a data nerd and I'm interested in accuracy and you are the only one who delivers. Keep doing this Rob! Never stop.
All the best for you, thank you for this review and taking time to do it in the midst of personal challenges. Really looking forward for your review of Garmin Fenix 8, Oura Ring 4 and Huawei Watch D2 later when you have the time and hopefully feel better again 🙏
WOW, that's what I call dedication and the true spirit of a scientist. Even wanting to create something good out of a muddled situation and putting the data into context
I have a suggstion, can you put foward a table that shows the rankings of each smartwatch for each of the tasks (running, sleep tracking etc.), it becomes easier to see which watch is the best which are not.
What a great job on those reviews!! Thank you very much, Rob. I'm not sure how hard would be to get the raw data from medical grade Spo2 devices, but, I always asked myself about how accurate this watches are at this.
Can you make a video on different mobile apps for sleep tracking? Both stand-alone and ones that use the information from your smartwatch. Thank you! Love the Channel
Maybe because Huawei hasn't sent him the device yet, or because this is not his full time job and he needs a lot of time to test the watches and create the video?
@@brinckau he reviews these devices against medical equipment so when he one device that claims to be of medical grade comes out and he doesn't review it, you'll have to question the purpose of his entire channel. Reviewers should rely on free devices to make videos anyway.
@@randompiano How do you know that he's not currently testing the D2, or waiting to have the money to buy the watch, or waiting to find some time because he's busy with his real job, or something like that?
Please do Scanwatch 2 from Withings! We'd like to know if they improved :) they changed the sensors I could see. Please focus on the HR accuracy for night time and rest time as this is not a sport watch. I'd like to use it to follow a patient with a heart failure.
Great Review😊 I am currently looking at the Huawei GT5 Pro which has ECG and Arterial Stiffness Measurements. So wanted to ask which of the two is the better watch? Asking because You can get the GT5 Pro for £330 and the Vantage M3 for £350 here in The UK
Mi band 9 please, waiting to buy one but waiting for the review! Kind of a disappointment this M3 vs the price...correlations at .9 are quite low for what was expected and even weight lifting at .28...bad.
Without MIP display no buy for me. I want my watch display to stay always on without fancy gesturers to enable it the time i run. Yes, amoled is look impressive, but a watch intended for sports use is meant to show you some stats, not movies.
Bro pls do a review of mi band 9 based on your review i will buy one between mi band 9, Huawei band 9 and huawei band 8. So pls do one review of mi band 9 soon ❣️
Let's face it... Polar watches are crap. It's crazy how they can make such great chest straps, yet their wrist worn wearables underperform so badly. I would never recommend them to anyone... their performance to price is bad. Thanks for the review Rob- hope you can get better rest soon.
