Hi cheesim this was an interesting video for me as I’ve always stated PLG isn’t upscale enough meaning they’re prices seem a bit high vs the quality finish work of the bag but I love your collection how they’re all so different from everyone else’s I’ve seen and after hearing of your customer experience I’m giving the brand more thought now so thank you for sharing 💚💚💚

Thanks so much for watching. It's not upscale if you compare it to many designer brands, but they are even worse in overpricing. I don't just own PLG bags, so I do have options depending on how I feel. I love that most of their bags are unassuming. I like bags that disappear into part of my outfit so that people are not focusing on the bag I carry. Also, I like how simple they are, which means it's less likely to break, and I can probably repair them myself if something breaks. Most of their leather options are very natural, and I love seeing the bags evolve and build their character. Most of the designer bags just look tired and worn after some time. PLG is not perfect, but I see them putting in effort. I love how they build relationships with customers and content creators, not as transactional as some other companies.

Btw, for similar handmade leather bags, I also love KMM and Go Forth Goods, but their prices are 2-3 times higher due to them making the bags in US, and they have their quirks too 🤣🤣🤣🙈
