■ Ingredients (for 4 people)
・New potatoes: 2 pieces (300g)
・Wiener sausage: 4 ・Garlic: 2 cloves ・Parsley: 1 tablespoon ・Salt: A little ・Pepper: A little ・Olive oil: 1 tablespoon ・Butter (salted): 5g
Topping/grain mustard: 1 tablespoon
■Preparation ・Cut the wiener sausage diagonally in half.
・Crush the garlic.
■ How to make
1. Wrap the potatoes in wet paper, place in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
2. Remove the heat from the potatoes and cut them into 1.5 cm wide round slices.
3. Put olive oil and garlic in a frying pan and heat it up.
4. When both sides are browned, add the sausages and fry until browned.
5. Season with salt and pepper, add parsley and butter, and mix together.
6. Place in a bowl and top with grainy mustard to complete.
