I think TT ships as premiums (esp. with high monetization like loot boxes) makes a ton of business sense. By not varying for another ship at all they don't have to do any work balancing. So these ships have 0 to little impact for people who play all the countries. If you have many whales that prefer a single countries ships they'll spend the money. So if it keeps them from making more carriers and hybrids by making their revenue whaling I'm all for it. I'd suggest the whole purpose of these ships is whaling customers that prefer a single faction.
If you have read The Dramatic Story of Three Kingdoms, you might familiar with Luochuan. For those who doesn't read it, basically it is the Emperor City of Cao Cao
thats still not the same, nation is different premium ships can move captains as they please without retraining and have a hidden credit modifier based on tier. A full fledged premium yields more credits than a TT with a permanent economic bonus not saying a chinese Lion is anything interesting but there are still these things to consider.
The one benefit I see to he Pan Asian premiums is in commander training on multiple ships. Then place where you want in the tech tree and start on another.
Your pronunciation of LouChuan is good. Personally I would like a premium version of Duncan, fast ship with big AP guns is always fun. Haha WG even made some interesting voice of captain CaoCao, in 8:36 “箭如雨发” means "arrows like rain down"

The commander voice over is funny though, definitely better than I thought it would be, although in Chinese probably is the main issue for players that don't understand it.

As far as originality goes...it's not impressive They just copy pasted the Lion and the Art Department flexed their muscles as they are the backbone of the Wee Geeand you pay full price for a tech tree ship
Oh god noooooo...copy pasta premium basta. Man would it be relaxing, if they wouldn't push out sooo many ships all the time and nstead focus on fixing their effing game. We went past of "its getting annoying" a while ago.
Rewards are so fucking bad no reason to spend money wg loves to now make tier 9 ships because the rewards they do give you are cut in half now ,I paid to get ships so I could get those rewards later on now there Is no reason to buy them ships now . No reason to really do anything during the holiday events odds are so bad now drop rates are a joke now, to clear off my last ten ships are a joke I can at least repay them for nerfing everything. The anniversary event ,I used to get a ship or twice as many rewards not anymore.
I saw someone call the HMS Incomparable a lazy HMS Hood clone and I had to sit there for a minute like ... of all the ship in WoWs... you chose a ship that is in NO WAY a clone...
