The system I built for small group personal training program design and share in detail in my course (and I've also shared the foundation here on RU-vid) works great and it's what use the vast majority of the time with our clients at the gym.
I often get asked about other groups such as athletes, or people more focused on strength, or glute focused, or people with beat up joints, etc. - how can you program more specifically.
I wanted to show you how malleable the system is and show examples of the block system in small group personal training that focuses more on:
Strength (possible powerlifting lifts)
Athlete Performance
Men Over 35 With Beat Up Joints (Reverse Workout)
Glute Building Program
I wanted to share and show how you can program and market specific programs/challenges for a specific audience and get them great results as well as differentiate (and still keep the principles of the small group programming).
