I live in the uk and ordered the digital version as my PS4 is unplayable in regards to some games now with constant error messages ( I’m playing BloodBowl3 and I can’t finish a match without an error message coming up and the game shutting down) I assume it’s just the age of my PS4. I got it last week and it's great, The good thing is the storage and the size the design is up to you if you like it or not but somethings I dont like is the lack of a vertical stand in which you can use it without it but its unstable, Also the horizontal stand is not that good is not like solid it moves a little bit, I got the spider man 2 bundle which comes with the game for free I got it for 500$ in the U.S, The disc thing you need to connect it to wifi only one time, I did it the first time i turned it on, So is not that bad but if you have friends who have disc games i will recommend the disc version from the beginning because if you get the digital one and then you get the disc it will cost you more.

I have the digital, slim, its nice, feels good, looks real good @@selective9012i have it wall mounted, with the controllers and remote. The remote is extra, but i highly recommend wall mounted with the slims but not on the wall, like a shelf type and comes with the mount screw.

I had the same issue setting up my PS5 slim. Was afraid it was locked and I did want to power cycle it, however there was no other option. After the power cycle when it came on I got the same disk registering that you appeared to have but mine had the built in disk, I did not add it. Weird

Sony did this on purpose to bring the price high and nobody want a glossy ps5 slim is easy to scratch it . It is indeed a bit louder. Other people doesn't have proof but I have, check "Mystic's" video, he showed that the slim is louder. Don't believe the people commenting, it is quieter than the Og. It's louder due to it's size, the Og/Phat have a bigger fan, heatsink and airflow thus circulating air more better. Bigger fan is always better since it doesn't need to work harder, it makes less noise unlike a smaller fan that needs to work harder thus providing more noise.

It is so extremely sad that big bloggers did not get models of PS5 with a NMB fans to experience this penetrationg UFO, high pitch whining/howling sound that drives people crazy, Myself, many people that bought the console fron the same store as I did and also many people that I found on reddit. An utrasound that makes the head hurt. And there is like almost half of consoles with such NMB fan, but some people luck to get those quite ones, those people happen to be Big Bloggers! So this issue is not discuss and Sony keeps making PS5 with an insanely loud high pitch sound. Really it feels for me like it penetrate all in its way, even if the console is hidden behind the table and 5 meters away. I started to experience headache from it and could not concentrate to play, so I filed a refund, I hope it will come through.

I have an Xbox x and a gaming pc. I would love a ps5 but I hate the look of it. It looks like it has warped in the box. 😂🤣😂🤣 The cost of the optical drive is shocking. The digital down load price of games is better on PSN than on Steam. Getting a “fat” ps5 is virtually impossible. Everywhere is sold out. I am just going to wait it out I think, see what happens. 👍🏻👍🏻

@@pnwfisher2144How is it better for dust management? Unless you prove it to me, I'll believe you as of right now, there's no features about a dust management from the Slim as of what I seen. Plus, I have both consoles, you can really see the Og preventing the dust while the Slim just went straight ahead inside the system. I don't even think you understand what @xPremiumRabbitx even said, yeah the Slim is easy to clean as it can take apart easily and doesn't have those vent grills which saves up some time removing it but no vent grills = dusts.
