New questions raised in Karen Read case after mistrial 

I think her bigger problem was Jackson being a California lawyer. East coast people are funny that way.

Who had motive to kill John? Who are the real criminals that committed this murder? Where is the evidence that there was another killer besides KR who had a motive? Crime scene was outside immediately before KR drove away from the premises. Who else could it be?? I think no one.

The physical evidence shows that Johns shoe and hat were found outside at the crime scene. Time line shows he would have had to be killed immediately by his family friends and fellow officers if he entered the home at all. Broken taillight fragments found embedded in his shirt. KR behavior, motive and admittance did I hit him? I HATE YOU JOHN! The rest is a convoluted mess put forth by the defence with opinionated expert conclusions that should not be considered hard evidence. The case should be tried again as KR is definitely involved in his murder, intentional or not. That’s why the jury chose to convict on the lesser counts. 8 to 4 that she was guilty.

@lynn2574 No, she didn't fail. The jurors are adults with instructions they did not fill out anything on the verdict sheet. They said they can NOT come to a unanimous verdict and since NOTHING was filled out, the judge took that as they COULDNT come to a verdict on ALLLLLLLL COUNTS!!!! WHAT DOMT U GET!?!?!?!

@@Joh605 oh, I get your argument. I simply disagree with you. This is a huge issue for appeal. Particularly since the defense objected to the verdict form, and potential co fusion it may be in regards to a split verdict. There are plenty of legal experts out there dissecting this case that have provided commentary on this issue with precedent and cited laws that I have watched. I simply agree with them.

That’s not true. John O’Keefe sustained injuries that are not consistent with being struck by her SUV and her SUV did not collide with John O’keefe. If it had, there would have been more severe damage to the vehicle and more/different injuries to Officer O’keefe’s body. Not only does she STILL maintain the presumption of innocence, but she is also factually innocent of the charges against her.

But why would he? John never entered the house according to the timeline. KR was present at the crime scene. Appears she rammed into John with her SUV in an angered rage. She called him 53 times after she hit him, first proclaiming she HATED him, then as she sobered up, started covering her tracks. Her behaviour is questionable, she’s kinda psycho I would say.

The laws of physics shows that an individual can get hit by a vehicle without sustaining injuries until that individual is thrown (btw, at the same speed of the moving vehicle), thrown into the air until gravity forces impact that individual as he lands on the ground causing blunt force trauma, in this case, to the head which caused internal brain bleeding that caused Mr. O’Keefes death.

Unclear jury instructions, unclear verdict forms and a judge seemingly unwilling to clarify communications between the court and the jury. Finally, I decided there were "problems" with this judge.

There’s enough hard evidence. KR was at the crime scene at the time John was killed. No one could have killed him except her. And she also had motive.
