You sound ignorant. You have absolutely no clue how much the judge has allowed in in benefit of the defense. And something tells me you have no idea how the objections etc work. I don’t agree with her about everything but the defense team has definitely been able to put up a defense. I would be surprised if she’s found guilty of anything.
The woman is on trial no matter how disgusting the police treated her is their behavior really going to give the jury a relevant legal reason to find her not guilty or prejudice them?
I'm not a squeamish person and sometimes engage in immature humour, even knowing it's wrong. But never in the context involving my job. How in heaven's name does a man with the emotional maturity of a 3 year old get and keep a job of such serious responsibilty? Clearly he's in company with like minded individuals... even his bosses! Shame on them all, housecleaning is needed! I wouldn't trust Proctor to sell popsicles on a street corner, let alone investigate a murder!
This trial is infuriating!!! Albert family, Higgins, McCabe, Proctor, they ALL belong behind bars. Violent drunks who at the same time hold positions inside the police. And Lally is beyond pathetic.
Personally I don't love Jackson's style. She'll be found not guilty because of the horrible quality of the investigation and the investigators; and especially because their case and their behavior is so suspicious to the point the FBI got involved and produced thousands of pages of additional evidence that local investigators and their buddies were counting on the defense never being able to know about.
I think Proctor and others DID Frame her.. They probably don't like her because she wouldn't have anything to do with their sorry and disgusting selves.. Proctor needs to be FIRED..
@@blucky1250Here’s the thing about Jen McCabe. She has MS too. She said she “bonded” with KR over it. Really, JM uses it for attention and she’s mad KR has more issues than she does. So what she does is say the additional issues she has are “fake,” because she’s decided she’s the authority on MS. My ex was the same way and anyone else who got sick, was in the hospital, etc., they weren’t in pain, etc. He knew more than my mother who was a physician.
How many times does a judge sustain something? How do you approve your case when she doesn’t allow anything she shouldn’t even be on this case she’s just too biased. I don’t know how many times in the day she says sustained. He doesn’t even explain why he’s objecting he just goes objection. She doesn’t even ask him what the objection is. She just goes sustained. They’re both a joke and should’ve never even brought this case and she should never have been on the case. She’s a absolute rotten judge.
I knew absolutely nothing about this case until this trial started. It has be unbelievably evident that this judge is biased. She shuts the defense down on everything while she was so lenient with the prosecution. I definitely feel she has no business being a judge. She obviously shows favor to one side.
You may not have heard but in another video it was disclosed that the judge is the McCabe family friend for like 20 years and vacations with a lot of these Albert-McCabe folks. Yeah, Proctor tied into their network heavily too

That judge shouldn't be on this case. They call her Aunt Bev. She knows this family and had helped out with a legal case in their family. She is very biased.
This Defense Attorney is a rock star! What these people have done to this lady & her dead boyfriend is awful. They are definitely covering up for their friends who are the culprits to this murder.
As a teenage female of the 80s, disgusting comments like Proctors were rampant everywhere. We should be grateful for the defense attorney's for bringing this behavior to light and hopefully instances such as this become unacceptable EVERYWHERE and not tolerated.

No matter what Proctor has said in the past messages on Read, he is not on trial here. I believe the defense is working on a possible future slander case for Read to file against Proctor.
Are we going to eventually learn the judge is related to anyone on the prosecution’s side? Her obvious dislike for the defendant and the defendant’s legal team is so blatantly obvious- she should recuse herself from this case. And this guy Proctor is an embarrassment to the law enforcement profession and should be immediately removed no only from this case but from the department as well.
