Very nice recipe, may I know why did you add 1 spoon of oil to the batter? It would be of great benefit if you explain the reason you are adding something which usually others won't. By the way, I start liking your channel and your recipes. Please keep up the good work, thank you once again.
I appreciate your kind words 💖 We often use baking soda in batter but it creates a reaction with turmeric and makes the batter redish in colour. So adding hot oil gives you same results as baking soda but doesn't make your batter red in colour. Hope it helps 😊
