Getting a Specs relic is the equivalent to a John Wathan card. It's crazy Panini thought he was good or notable enough for a $600 product. Yikes

$1200 for 2 boxes with no more than 200-300 dollars value? You could buy a 68 Topps Ryan Rookie in PSA 7-8 for that kind of money...and it will never lose its value.

Panini needs to give up baseball. This isn’t working, this shouldn’t even be a $200 box nowadays

Bought into a break for this today. Hit a 1/1 Frank Thomas auto, 1/5 Bobby Witt Jr. patch auto, a 1/1 printing plate of Cole Young and a 1/1 Gary Sheffield relic. Pretty psyched

The gimmick Chipper Treasured Jersey Numbers Card is Limited to number to the player's jersey number. So, there is only 10 of these Chipper cards. Likewise there is only one Ozzie Smith, three Babe Ruth, and so on.

Ouch, those boxes are tough for that price point. The quad relic was nice, maybe a 200 dollar card.The Thome and Canseco are ok, not much other than that. I get the point not every box is a winner, but geesh, this is an awful return.

Remember back 30 years ago when people were outraged at the thought of $25 1993 Finest packs? I don't think my state (KY) even had $5 lotto tickets until 5-10 years later! And there was the elegant Cadillac of baseball cards (Flair; Finest was like the speedy sports car and Refractors were like the Ferrari) that sold for $4-$5 a pack. In both cases though you could just get a whole set for about the cost of what, 6-8 packs! Part of me thought the idea of opening 2024 Topps Heritage packs/cartons might be fun...until you realize you could just get the whole set (with SPs and non-serial numbered insert sets) for about the cost of four cartons.

That should be the same price as a blaster. Love the Ryne Sandberg highschool softball coach card lol 😅

Guys stop the hate my dad Larry bought the second box but at least we got some value like the 1/1 and the booklet but I would say the rest of the cards were kinda on the low side they just need to do better. We’re happy for what we got that all that matters

$600 for this? Those that buy this are the ones who are compulsive gambling addicts. The return investment is not there. The first jersey booklet was cool, but at the end of the day it was just a few relics. Even the 1/1 wasn't signed. I might bite on one of those boxes for $100, but I'm not going higher than for non-licensed stuff with a bunch of no-name autos. Aside from that one booklet I think the best auto was probably the Thome. Not exactly what you want when you spend $600 per box.

Aside from the first card in the first box, and the obvious one from the 2nd these boxes are awful. Even each big hit would not fetch anything close to the price point.

A baseball product like this should not exist in the 2023 world of Panini today. Panini Baseball was always a secondary purchase for me, now I skip it completely. Even Topps stuff lately is just, meh.

Jackson Holliday had 12 hr and batted .323 in the minors and is #1. 50+ players had better stats. How is he figured as #1? Reminds me of little league when the coach's son and friends get favoritism. Same with Max Clark and several others.

That was not even worth $60 Panini should ashamed of themselves. I can't believe they didn't even put Ryne in his Cubs uniform. That Canseco card looked like they forgot to complete the card and they sent the negative.
