Why are they allowed to have more freedom than they gave Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow. They even choose the most despicable places to bury them, with animals. This should be about these two children .

The reason they all got married so quick is because Lorri and chad needed six couples to lead the 144.000. Lorri even asked her friend from Hawaii to join but she wasn't allowed to have her kids. Luckily she declined.

Zulema has a strange podcast like Lori's, she also speaks of dead children, believe the ages zulema references is 2 and 9. Wasn't it Jason Mow the man Lori met in the temple and he married Chad and Lori? All of Mow's podcast should be looked at. Another mysterious death out of East Idaho? Healthy 38yr old women drops dead and Dad gives a couple of strange interviews. In my opinion. It's weird how some people get away with things.

Vallow and Daybell should keep their mouths shut. If they want this tried in the "court of public opinion", they'll find public opinion is against them. After finding the bodies of JJ and Tylee buried on Daybell's property, the highly convenient and suspicious deaths of Tammy and Alex, the flight to Hawaii to escape scrutiny... all of this appears, to laypeople like me, like an awful lot of planning took place, like all that was done was done intentionally. Public opinion would bury these two monsters under the jail, never to see the light of day again.

Some things still not released or acted on by seemingly anyone... the cause of death for the kids and daybells first wife. Also how is there still no murder charges???

If Lori believed this was God's plan, then she should face whatever consequences come ot it.

Zulema's son didn't even know that his mom married Alex Cox, even though they were married for almost 2 weeks. On the 911 call, that he made, on finding Alex on the bathroom floor, he said it was his mom's boyfriend.

The complexity of this case will make the determination a total "work out" for our present legal court system. How can you schedule a trial without full discovery? Every piece of information will be critical to someone's case. How can a brother, who was considered by Lori Daybell to be her "protector", NOT become the fall guy for both Chad and Lori? Will jurors believe that two obviously CONSENTING ADULTS were somehow unaware of the DANGER of allowing a man as criminally capable as Alex Cox to babysit those children? Endangering the welfare of her children has got to be one way inwhich the potential jurors could perceive Lori. Did she or didn't she KNOWINGLY PLAN THE DEMISE OF HER TWO CHILDREN ALONG WITH THE CULT LEADER CHAD DAYBELL! If you ask me, and there would be no reason to, there was strong influence from the LEADER in this cult, Chad, concerning "who is who?". Lori believed she was the resurrected Angelic being Moroni! People became demonized by the doctrine concerning "zombies"! If Chads "closet-temple-altar" was where he received "contact" from his chosen god, then the "followers" would follow whatever his closet-temple-god told him to tell them, right? Where did zombi-ination originate in this cult? Chad Daybell! The so-called redemption of zombies, could only occur at their deaths, right? These "doctrines" were so compelling to these cult followers, they left their spouses, started adulterous relationships with other persons, and made family members their enemies all of a sudden. To me, how we hold these two adulterous adults accountable, even if they themselves did not commit murderous acts, will affect all our perceptions of culpability/responsibility/accountability afterwards. The most criminal behavior and certainly the most amorality came from the cult leader himself...do ideas/doctrines adhered to by some folk, constitute criminal actions, or will they be proven to be protected under Constitutional Law? Bottom line? Two children who loved their parental role models were murdered. Other adults died as well. Every human "obstacle", preventing their being able to be together forever, before Chad and Lori Daybell were married, mysteriously die supposedly natural deaths. How convenient! Well, the God I attempt to serve, works in mysterious ways. In my Bible, the Adversary can appear as an "angel of light"! God never contradicts himself. We are not allowed to kill. He will allow The Adversary to test us. The key to discerning "the will of God" is to accept that, "...His thoughts are not our thoughts...". Having a humble heart should keep all of us from jumping to wrong ideas or teachings. Humbly, I declare that our human pride causes all of us to stumble. The culture of the secular world demands, on a continuum, that people "rise to the top"! Who is your "top"? Is it God? Or is it your human desire to be "top"? Thank you for letting me just share where my thoughts take me. God help us all!

In the last hearing the prosecutor nailed it and did an excellent job, I have no doubts he will exceed in this trial!

The uncle killed them by the mom's orders. Thats why they can't prove that she did it. And with him dead it's really looking like a cold case. Question is who killed the uncle? Maybe they should find more evidence on who killed the uncle.

Conspiracy to commit murder brings life in prison many times when proven guilty. I wonder why the charges have not been upgraded to conspiracy to commit murder by now?

I personally think Means is going after 'written word' as a defense, because that can be twisted just about any way one wants. For example: Tylee's social media posts about her mom being awesome can really help Lori's argument that she's not the monster everyone thinks she is. I mean, wouldn't her own daughter SAY if she was a monster? But, what abused child would DARE to say otherwise - especially if the abusive parent is constantly standing over them to make sure everything said is supportive/nice. I think her attorney just loves the sound of his own voice, too. I could totally see him being hubby #6! LOL They definitely have at least THAT in common! If he's going to use Twitter as a viable source for information for the case, I can see him dumb enough to believe that he made the 'good/'person of light' list' (which she has, undoubtedly, buttered him up with). Which really then makes me wonder which list Santa Claus is on? (Come on, it's a fair question! LOL) This whole case hurts my brain!

I think it’s funny at 18:08 Ashley starts praising Chandley, saying Ashley couldn’t keep up with all the details and that she doesn’t know the whole case, and Chandley laughs and says “yes you do,” probably knowing damn well Ashley mixed up Alex and Adam Cox and screwed up which of Lori’s husbands were killed lol. I can’t blame her though, this case is intricate and crazy!

This is strange. Why does only the prosecution get stuff? Why not both prosecution and defense get all documents handed over. Why does the defense have to beg prosecution for it, it makes no sense?

You know what I took particular interest in? Number 17, Tylee, the LAST name on her list. The one that was heard saying, "Mommy please! I am NOT a Zombie!" The one that Melanie Gibb said NOTHING about, except, I wasn't close to Tylee. The one that even JJ's Grandparents said, "We weren't close to Tylee, only JJ". The one that was killed on her Birthday! The one that had no place to escape to.

I wonder if as some point their attorneys will look at them and say “your best chance is to ask for a plea deal!” Enough evidence to come to the conclusion that this was an inside job, she’s the parent, and they were found on his property 🤦🏻‍♀️

It is unclear to me why Means has not been disbarred for his gross incompetence. He is not a criminal lawyer and it is clear he does not know what he is doing. He is doing a disservice to his client.

Zulema was also a follower of Chad. I think she is a huge key to Alex and how he died.

I personally wish all bad things for Chad and Lori, but they should get a fair trial. That way they can’t keep this going on and on, to continue to hurt the ones who loved the kids. DA needs to provide all info they should have.
