I feel so bad for Colby...he’s lost his entire family at the hands of his own mother and could very well have ended up one of her victims, too.

I don’t think she’s crying at all. I think her left eye was irritated. Typically when someone cries, both eyes are affected. Also, her voice never cracked. I really don’t believe she was crying.

This is one of the strangest and most horrific stories I have ever heard.

Ugh my heart aches for Colby. He’s lost so many people in his family to someone he once trusted and loved. Pray for this man, I’m sure he needs it right now.

The longer this case goes on, the more insight I have into the isolation and loneliness Tylee must have felt toward the end. The two people she was closest to (besides JJ) were reportedly her mom and her Uncle Alex. And they were the ones who betrayed her in the worst way. But there wasn’t anyone else she was close enough to whom she felt she could be honest with. It seems like she only had her brothers and her one friend from Arizona whom she had independent relationships with. But Lori had everyone so deceived that it would have difficult for Tylee to convince either of them that she was in real danger, had she even thought she was herself. Her mom had her suspicious of everyone else and she came across in a negative manner, accordingly. Poor Tylee, and then JJ, were so alone. In the end, JJ ended up being Tylee’s protector, at least in getting her remains found. If JJ hadn’t been so badly missed, Tylee may not have been reported missing until someday when Colby would have finally woken up to something being wrong with not getting in touch with her.

I love how her lawyer tells the judge she wants to be called, Mrs. Daybell and he keeps calling her Ms. Daybell. The judge is showing his disdain for her by ignoring her request. She deserves ZERO respect.
