It's a sign of the times that if one does not have situational awareness and practice OPSEC one can become a victim. The Mental Health of many people has become an epidemic in this country. The Pandemic has exposed a weak underbelly of an are of life that has not been given the attention it deserves. It's changing how we live in a very profound ways and we all need to present in the moment. On Port St Lucie you are again very accurate in your description on job opportunities and the community at large. It's a good place to live however there is not much going in the Job market due to a lack of business infrastructure.

The overpopulation is crawling up the coast . Im not sure what to do . I'd be a first time home owner , and really don't want to spend over 300k

Yes, situational awareness always; also, life and the cost of living was way better before this dreaded Plandemic, especially in the northern part of South Florida where homes used to be more affordable. Glad you were able snag up a home before things got worse.

I have a bad problem with extremely slow drivers here in Port saint Lucie. Everyone seems distracted. And then there are the nut cases that seems to want to get violent for no reason here . I've been followed twice since I've been here and I conceal carry . I hope I never have to use my gun but some of the people here are very over emotional and ready to strike. If you have a trade , medical degree , or are an entrepreneur... you'll do great . But always stay on alert ⚠️ 📢. I'm telling you, there are some nutjobs .
