@@Yiskah_2.0 didnt get the results i was hoping for. It takes a VERY long time to treat each area, (if you actually want to treat all the skin and not miss 90% of the surface area it takes awhile.) and even on the highest setting twice a week for 12 weeks, i didn't notice much change. (Im sure it did something, but im excessively hairy so a small reduction still leaves me with unmanageable body hair.) This device isn't very strong ive learned. im gonna get a different one with a higher joule output. I wanna say this one is around 8 joules while other models have 22 joules.

Great review! Very interested in the newer version, since the one I have (different company) gets so hot after only a few minutes and the extra fan space at the bottom would solve that issue. Thanks, Mandi. I have been using #touchbeauty removal PULSE for over 1 year. It is painless to use and pretty easy to process. I've seen such an improvement in 3 to 4 weeks, and used it so far on my arms and legs and the hairs have definitely become weaker and finer. :)
I've used it on my armpits but not on my bikini area yet! You totally can if you want to. But from what I've noticed with my armpits, the hair definitely grows a lot slower and thinner as you treat the area!

Hi! I know this is an old video but I just came across it and it is super helpful! Thank you for this review. I do have a quick question that hopefully you can answer for me. On a scale of like 1 to 10, how bad is the brightness of the flash? Like does it give off like a strobing effect? I have sensitivity to bright light and I really want to use this but am worried about that part. Would I be able to get away with closing my eyes or looking away when it flashes or is it still really visible if I were to do that? I hope you or anyone in the comments can help answer! Thank you!!!
Hi! It's not as bright as a camera flash, since it's against your skin and will only go off if it's in contact with skin. But you can def still see the light leak out of the sides! Typically I look away before the flash. I've worn sunglasses to help, but I find that looking away was the most comfortable for me. If you don't want a strobing effect, I would suggest pushing the buttons manually instead of using the glide mode. Hope that helps!!

Heyy, I've been using my lumi for over 12 weeks now and I plan to keep using it weekly for up to a year so I've been wondering if once a week is enough as long as I stay consistent? I was thinking twice a week to itch for faster complete results but I don't want to over do it and make the hair dormant to the IPL, did you use yours once a week for up to a year?
I have the OG and mine does 3 different modes. It has the auto mode too. So im confused with what version I have. I'm working on 2x a week but I dont feel like its decreasing my hair growth the way the picture shows that it would. Is that normal?

@@ByKristinaStudio IAM saying this because I need it in a budget friendly plus longer year work. The normal laser through clinic are expensive per session and ipl are affordable but not that but I have some trust issue with brand like which brand are the best. I blindly trust in Braun brand cuz I bought epilator once in 2013 and still it's working fine not even repair once and since Braun ipl is too expensive so IAM looking for affordable ipl but with good guarantee
@@zahracooklicious23 totally understand! It's definitely an investment but IPL devices overall are much more affordable than professional laser treatments. Like I said, I'm sure someone in the comments would be happy to give their experience! And there are some people who already have if you scroll through this video and the previous one I made!
Question: Do you use eye protection with yours? Sometimes in smaller areas the red/white light is super visible. I've had it slip a couple times while going and the red light has flashed my eyes 😩
I just ordered one, along with the 4D Razer, the eyebrow razor, and their lotion. 5 Business days later, it hasn't shipped and they are saying it's because the 4D shaver is out of stock. My order doesn't show when I login, but I have a confirmation email and I paid. I'm starting to wonder if it's a scam. They don't answer my questions when I emailed, so I think it's just a bot.
I've never used the Kenzzi so I don't know. But I did enjoy my Lumi experience and felt like it was definitely pretty straight forward with noticeable differences!
can i use it on the area above my eyebrows and to the sides of between eyebrow and head hair. sure i must close my eyes with my hand or anything.. my hairdresser used to wax my upper eyebrows and sides .i struggle with picking hair everynow and then. i wonder if it is possible with this device and not harming my eyes
How do you know the limit of the intensity level you can get to comfortably? This is the only part I’m confused in. What if you go higher in the intensity level that your comfortable with? What happens?

I bought it on March 14th and just received it a couple of days ago, i read they were experiencing delays so maybe you could contact their customer service.. 🤷♀️
Their website says, “However, we do not recommend using your IPL handset above the cheekbones or on the inner parts of the bikini area (labia minora, vagina, scrotum, or anus). We recommend choosing a lower intensity when treating the bikini area, inner thighs, and buttocks, as the skin is often more sensitive there.”
Depends on your preferences! They both worked well for me, but if you want faster results, the newer one I noticed gave me quicker results because I could handle the higher levels more. But if you don't mind staying consistent for longer, the older one would be fine!

This is a really great question. I just ordered mine on Friday 3/18. I know it says on their website they dont ship during weekends but I'm kind of nervous too be honest. I've read quite a few complaints about it not coming at all or extremely late. I hope this isn't the case here. All I want is to be free of the hairy life. That's all a girl can ask for. 😫🤣🤓

Yes! My hairs grow in small patches now and very thin. And it takes a long time for them to grow to where they're noticeable. I haven't reached the highest level personally, so I still have hair growth. But it's decreased a lot from when I would have to shave like every few days!
