I paint boats, so pretty much all I spray is single stage, and the 4600 is pretty darn good with it, for me anyway. I’ve found that it actually saves me material over my pro lite, around 10%. I’ve also noticed less overspray, which for me in a boatyard is a must. The 4600 just seems to be more efficient in my humble opinion. Pretty work as always Sir, have a good one.
My new 4600 spray everything metallics , pearls , solids very nice.I don’t think a smaller fan affects the amazing results which is what makes a customer happy.I agree the fan is bit smaller compared to others guns .I love the finish you accomplished as usual
Your honesty is appreciated in an era where every gun seems to be the latest and greatest with other reviewers. Sagola fans appear to be a bit emotional, unfortunately, but this is a rather expensive gun.
I’ve felt the same at times. But then it just hits and realize that it’s actually pretty fast and slams clear/single stage. Ive been getting glass with it at like 2.2 bar
I use mine to paint bumpers, you dont need a big fan to do that and its actually easier if you have a smaller spray pattern at least that's my opinion.
thanks for the free classes can you do a complete repair and paint with all the details from sand paper grits when to use interface pads distance to spray time between coats thank you so much for all your vidos
I've never owned a Sagola but you can't deny that it's a good quality gun but man that fan is small for basecoat I think my DV1S has a bigger fan than that I don't know what they are thinking releasing a gun like that, the clearcoat one did have a bigger fan bit it's still small compared to all the other top end guns out there, I think I'll stick to my WS400 or Sata CC🤔 You still managed to knock it out Gunny with a superb finish👌🙏👍
I don't mind my trophy truck edition. But love the smooth trigger pull tho with the metal on metal tech. Something about definitely feels nice in the hand. 😂
I'd say if it still throws it out like a champ, then the ghost spots from the fan don't really make any difference and it's more of a visual effect situation. Like those wavy lines but they're actually straight lines kinda thing. I'd have thought that sagola would be more concerned about atomization. 👍 Did they give any heads up on setting it up? If it were me asking someone to try out my latest gun, I'd at least give out my best known setup to give it a fighting chance. 👍
HI GUNNY I HAVE THE SAGOLA EXTREME AQUA 4600 1.3 SPRAY GUN NON DIGITAL VERSION NEVER USED AND THE IWATA W400 1.3 DIGITAL VERSION OBS WHITCH IS THE BEST
It’s not the size of the fan…… it’s how you use it😄 On certain guns I would turn the fan in a little to tighten it up and fatten up the middle, I’d buy one if I needed it. I’d certainly take one for free
You should do a review on the BODYWORX spray gun. Not a painter and I managed a pretty decent finish off the gun. Jefferson paint supplies sellers them $110 bucks Cheap vs expensive?
hi sorry i need help sir i’m a amateur in this trade and my place use 2k (single stage) paint for lorry’s i just wanna know if the dv1 clearcoat gun with the c2 air cap 1.3mm would give good results
