Always enjoy an episode with aquavit! 🎉🇳🇴 Like Andreas, I have to brew my own because I can not get my favorite Hellstrøm aquavit here in the US. But I do like adding dill weed to my brew because I like the flavor.

My favorite gastronomist is back with another episode. Thank you, Andreas. I love the little spice lab where the Akvavit is being produced. For some reason, I’m in the mood to have grilled mesquite pork chops for dinner tonight! It’s difficult to access fresh birch sap or apple chips here in Tampa, Florida. ❤️👍🏼

I live in the US and have had a bit of BBQ. Think you really got the idea of a smoked ham. Might have had it a bit hot but looked good. Side salad was a nice touch.
