Awesome exploration of new hdb flats. New flats have mid open deck and roof deck ala condo style! Its a trend and hdb projects adapt them so nicely into public housing. Please continue to share such cool nice places and malls and everything. So cool and nice! Hope you get a PR or citizenship and we can see more of your live streams etc. Thanks so so much Ojisan👍😉🙏 banzai! Ichiban!
Bravo bravo bravo 🙌 Ojisan for your very nice video. You describe the shops and places etc so nicely👍. Your videos are always fresh and cool. I can watch your videos all day long. Hi hope you can visit Bukit Panjang as there has 3 major shopping mall namely Hillion Mall, Bukit Panjang Plaza, Junction 10 also there is few shopping center namely Greenridge Shopping Center and Fajar Shopping Center, There is 2 hawker one is Bukit Panjang hawker centre and other one is senja hawker center which is still under construction and will be open in 1st half of 2022, There also lrt and mrt in bukit panjang.
U're currently in Northshore Plaza 1. There will be Northshore Plaza 2 which will open 1st quarter 2022. There would be a link bridge connect to both Plaza. From Plaza 2, thats where you can see the Sea and you can see Malaysia (Johor)... We, residents of Northshore can't wait for Plaza 2.... 🤣🤣🤣 Awaiting for A&W, 4fingers, n more.
I think this is an HDB mall. HDB considers it as the neighbourhood centre of this estate. In older estates, the neighbourhood centres often consists of 2 or 4 storey low rise HDB blocks with shops on the ground floor, bakeries, coffeeshops and hawker centre. You can easily find old school neighbourhood centres in older estates such as Bedok, Tampines, Ang Mo Kio, Chong Pang in Yishun, Clementi, Jurong East and the older part of Jurong West... Nowadays it is all placed in a mall to maximise space.
Cheers nice tour there, i saw advertisements about the place in punggol but i had not gone there yet, its too far to the sea, but its good to have a shopping mal there for those residents staying there at punggol end, that is a good place for fishing and sea food with lots of food stalls and some resturants there. these few days its raining all the time and at times from morning till afternoon then start again at night, guess i will not be going there as yet and btw any aquarium shops there at that area?
For BTO, u do get to choose which unit u like, it all depends on your queue number. Of cos if u get a earlier queue number, u get dibs on any unit earlier than others. So do your homework and make a wise choice on selection day.
Those red roof buildings when you saw from 19th floor are the dormitory for the foreign workers. The place where the yacht is parked is the Marina Country club.
Wow! Love your vlogs! Very candid and randomly meeting friendly people 😊 I just went here to film just a few days ago! Looking forward to more videos 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
There's a shipyard + Punggol Marina country club. (There's a pretty famous seafood restaurant there "dai Lou") The red roof are the worker's dormitory. The Malaysia chemical plants area is called Pasir Gudang. At night you might be able to see some flare towers. View is awesome, both day and night.
Hey ojisan, who explore Singapore more than average Singaporean. 👍👍👍. U shud explore further from punggol point where it connect to coney island. I recommend u rent a bicycle frm there & explore. So much green & sea along that stretch. Juz a nice place to stay. The only two problem... Abit off frm cbd area & the mobile network goes confused all the time as too close to Malaysia.
Yan mismo condo nla jen dalas kmi ni grace pti c joy dyan sa carden n yan sa 10flr pwede kau mag celebrate ng Bday nkikita yon dgat ganda sobra dyan yon lki kung kwento n sng sarsp sarsp dyan
Its new hence everything looks beautiful. Problem with HDB estates in general is the maintenance & upkeep is not up to par compared to condos which is expected since the monthly S&CC is much cheaper than condos. So give it 5 years & more & everything will start looking old, plants & trees dying, etc.
Are you on M1? M1, from my personal experience, performs very poorly in the North East. Was with them since the day they opened for business. Forced to switched when I moved here. Also, have to make it point to ensure mobile roaming is disabled, lest we connect to Malaysian mobile network by accident and incur expensive phone charges.
Sorry to correct you bro Ojisan, actually only the MRTs in NEL (North-East line), DTL (Downtown Line), TEL (Thomson-EastCoast Line) and LRTs in Punggol, Sengkang & Bukit Panjang are driverless, but………..for MRTs in NSL (North-South Line) and EWL (East-West Line) there are drivers!!
Sorry, your info is too far off. The first building is the the new townhub with hawker centre, library and community club. There after is Safra (National Servicemen Club). The SIT University & Punggol Digital District is centered at Punggol Coast MRT Station.
Hello Ojisan, Joey from Sixth Floor Oyster Cake, if you are happen to drop by again I will be around on every Sat from 8am to 8pm and would like to offer you the cake to try 😊 and thanks for the video
Oh hey i live there, sad i didnt see u.. its not that they dont take credit cards, but because the stores are new so they are still implementing the system
I thought you were pointing to mega school for the children, then you point to the hawker centre and label it as business district/university. haha.. boy, will you be surprised when it is fully built
OMG I just went to Northshore seaside today, it was full of rubbish, mostly plastic stuff. Opening another mall, how much more rubbish are they producing?
Samudera comes from the word “Samudra” in Sanskrit (India) that means “sea”. I happened to drive past this place on Saturday. I noticed the new Decathlon signboard, but did not realise that is was a new mall.
