I moved to Seattle/the ID about a year ago and I've never been to the Wing Luc museum. This motivates me to drop by soon. The culture and the philosophy will interest me as martial arts itself never seem to but I will be in open to hearing of Bruce Lee's philosophy in relation to his art. Thank you for this post.
Found Mr. Lee on my own when I was young. More I read, more I listened, more I realized common knowledge of this man's life paled in comparison to what he actually accomplished in 32 years. He lived an extraordinary life, and became a teacher and a hero to many, when one was needed. You won't find this man in a few sentences from your friends, or by watching one of his films, and you certainly won't find him in the opinions of ignorant trolls online. But if you look deeper to this story my friend, you may find like me, and so many others, that knowing him has been one of the great blessings of my life. Something he said, a writing, a teaching, a moment in an interview, or a story from one of his friends - will come to your mind in moments of need - and will aid you in making a better choice in your life. Thank you to Bruce's family for sharing his legacy
