Thanks for showing us some affordable single wide homes. ❤More suitable for a single person like me on a budget. The only flaws are the small closets & the hot water heater in the bedroom closet, I would option that into the hallway. I would also option a shower/tub combo into the master bath. You get a lot for the price!

giving a perspective from sitting down is a great idea... next house, could you do the same in the bathroom from the toilet please. that would give us the feel of the bathroom better :)

Im thinking, WHERE are you going to put your groceries, pots, pans?????? They could have added a bigger vanity in the master bathroom. Why not put a cabinet above the toilets for extra storage? No overhang in the front, a glass door easily broken into in the back. This house is just tooooo much $$$ for being made as cheap as it is.

We need TRIPLE WIDE 2700 plus Sq Ft open floor plan and larger homes. These are sorely missing. Everything with you and chance as of late are mainly single and double wides. Many people like large open space homes which is why large affordable Barndominiums are flourishing these days. Almost every video you post these days are small to small-mid sized homes. When I see this I don't even get started watching the video. Worst, you don't list the square foot in the descriptions which is rather lazy.

Thanks for the info. I will make sure I start adding the square footage in the description. I would love to show more triples. Most lots only have one or 2 triples, but a lot of mid size doubles. Chance and I will both be in Texas next month at a home show. Maybe we can get a few triples there.

WOW indeed... this guy knows next to nothing about "homes." Curious..., no options are available, but the pricing begins at 90k and 95k as shown... no options, how does that work? Once again, what's a pedestal?

I never said there was no options, I said options are limited. As for the starting at 90k and as shown 95k, there are other fees that go into a home other than options, such as how far did the home have to travel to get to the dealer. The "pededstal" sink is exactly what was in the decription of the home on the details list on the counter when I walked in. I called it as it was listed. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for showing more Clayton Homes. In my area of Alabama that is mostly what we have. There are probably half a dozen dealerships in my area and I think they all carry Claytons and that's what I had bought. I know Alabama has more manufacturers than just them, but here that's mostly what you get. I like seeing what I know I can get in this area. Thanks again for showing these homes.

Nate this is a hud home just to clarify I know people that Purchased Different style Clayton Homes And the representatives were not so hopeful in correcting the problems that they had. I'm sorry but I have to disregard any Clayton homes that you advertise?

Almost all single wide homes are HUD only. I'm not sure I said this was Modular. If I did, where was it at and I will pin a comment making sure others know this is HUD only

Does the base price include the appliances, or are those options that can be added at additional price ?

Base does include appliances. They may not be what was shown here, but it will come with a stove, fridge, dishwasher and in most cases a microwave.

I didn't catch the square footage but that's not a bad price and I like white cabinets so... All I'd need for the changes is the bathtub in the primary bathroom! Thank you for showing us some local homes too! 😊
