Interesting Fact on CT: Calyrex's dex entry states that it saw a future where Pokémon were going to be hit and die from a meteor, but it managed to save those Pokemon in the shadow rider form. Thus, the crown tundra has wild pre-historic Pokemon roaming in the map.

@@EBH-ip3nr Pokemon can come with "Marks", basically a stamp or badge that comes with the pokemon in their Summary. If it has a mark, when you throw it out, it will say you have sent out for example a Magnificent Mark(not real) , and its on say...a Magmortar. When you throw it out, it will say Magmortar the Magnificent. All pokemon have a chance to have a mark, and there's a Mark Charm as well to increase the odds of getting a marked pokemon.

Dude the first Pokémon I caught in the Tundra was a Shiny Tsareena! It was from the first Dynamax Adventure you’re forced to do. I didn’t even know it was shiny till the end when it asked me if I wanted to keep it cause it didn’t display as Shiny in the Raid.

If I remember right the stats, IV's, shininess, ability, etc of the pokemon are not generated after you catch it, and every game gets a different one.

No you can't if you release it then you lose it forever unless you get lucky with a trade otherwise no it doesn't work that way

and guys PLS DON'T RESET ON DYNA ADVENTURE after 5 resets or so the lady wants 3 dyna ores from you bc you were quitting too much and evey reset after that it's getting up by 1 each so the next reset you have to pay 4 Dyna ores, next reset 5 and so on so pls just do it as aDrive said here: catch it see if its shiny if not: just press "B", quit and do it again

I have done this for 4 days. With the shiny charm. Have literally hundreds of dynmax ore and still no shiny. So for me this isnt the best method at all. I could of found shiny pokemon faster by just random enuntering them in the grass.

Don't soft reset, have a strong pokemon with a super effective move in front. When you encounter the regi, kill it if it isn't shiny. Walk along the floor pattern again and it will respawn. The number of encounters going up will gradually increase your chance of it being shiny.

Well my experience was pretty great. I was doing the story and did the first max raid adventure and got a shiny Suicune on the first ever raid in the crown tundra. I’m currently soft resetting for virizion currently at 150 SR but taking a break to clean for little brothers birthday

I never realized how idiotic people can be when doing pokemon. I have had some real good teammates when doing max lairs, but beware teams that make horrible decisions. I once did a kyogre raid and someone decided to switch their tangela for a heatmor. Let's just say some people aren't the brightest crayon in the box.

Austin John Plays said the shiny odds in Dynamax Adventures was 1 in 100 and since you can catch 4 total pokémon during them, you essentially have a 1 in 25 chance Edit : IF you have the shiny charm. Otherwise I think it's like 1 in 300 or something which is still great

IMO the Galarian legendary birds are some of the laziest shiny ever in the legendary category, just look at those colours. It's just a clone of the Kanto non-shinies.

My 10 year old brother was doing a bunch of legendary raids since he wanted to get all the legendaries, and ended up finding a shiny giratina (with help from s. charm), which he had not known until it allowed him to choose the Pokémon he caught. HE WENT COMPLETELY MENTAL. Now I’m jealous and I hope I find my own shiny legendary (maybe one of the swords of justice because raid method is to hard for me personally, especially since I can’t get online help). Who don't like easy shinies like me? I love more full odds Shiny (without or with Shiny Charm is okay). Really strange from Cosmog and Poipole, why Lunala and Solgaleo are Shiny but not Cosmog/Cosmoem? And Poipole is already free in Generation 7 and now locked, hmm... it's strange too. :( I was hope for Victini and Keldeo, still long time locked :(

For everyone wondering, the stats have been data mined and are as follows: 1/300 chance of a Pokémon in the dynamax adventure being shiny (without shiny charm) 1/100 chance of a Pokémon in the dynamax adventure being shiny (with shiny charm) This means, if you catch all 4 of your Pokémon, the chances are that 1/75 will be shiny without the shiny charm, and with it you will get a shiny in 1/25 dynamax adventures! For me it’s like combining the horde mechanics shiny odds with the dynamax mechanics and personally, although it takes a little to do the dynamax adventure, I think this is a great, entertaining way to hunt and am happy with the Pokémon Company on this one :)

Just today (24th October 2020 if you're reading this in the future) I got a shiny Uxie WITHOUT shiny hunting. I thought it was a normal Uxie at first but when it showed up in the thing where you can choose pokemon to keep pokemon, it appeared fully yellow. WARNING! If hunting zygarde, ice types are a must. Also, after about 5 rounds, he uses 2 ground attacks that hit everyone. If he doesn't kill on the fist attack. Then the second attack will finish you off.

Glad I got some exclusive Ribbon on my shiny Suicine from Omega ruby. You may not be able to tell right from seeing my shiny Suicine that I didn't get it from Dynamax adventures, but when I send it out as a Suicine the Royal, people know it's from an older game.
