The quincy artifact goes up in sell price every round aswell so if u buy it for cheap at round 1 and sell it at round 100 that's a free 248k

For the quincy card, you gotta buy it early , or it'll be harder to get. It increase sell value per round

I can sense some really difficult micro challenges coming with this hero

In the new map, you can see a bloonchipper near the cars at the beginning of the track. Just something I noticed.

Geraldo sounds like a hero they worked a long time on, he really seems like a great new addition and his versatility seems amazing. His prices are probably gonna be nerfed in a little bit since $500 for an insta maelstrom is ludicrous, and his farm buff is insane

After my quick run with him... Here's some info I have. Surprisingly good damage. With just three farms and one dart monkey (upgraded to a 0-0-0 Super with his item) he carried me past round 100 on Logs. Though the items get stronger with levels, if you place them down earlier they will be whatever strength they were when you placed them. Reloading the map will make all items be upgraded to their maximum strength (if Geraldo is max level, of course, so they would be at maximum strength) Energizer doesn't affect him (or at least display the buff icon), probably a bug. The ballista things (already forget the name lol) have no limit on the map and don't expire. They're replaced in the shop every few rounds so you can place them down almost infinitely with enough time. Some buffs given to Geraldo apply to all of his items placed on the map, but others don't. The jar of pickles does, but not the alchemist. The Quincy action figure is probably bugged, but if you do manage to buy it early on it has good value. In my run I got up to about 280k as a sell price. Buy the pet rabbits. You'll have a surprise eventually. Degree 100 paragons ars now possible in single player. With about 20 paragon totems I got a degree 42 boomerang paragon with just the three base towers with 0 pops. Glad they did this.

Since dart to super monkey tranformation is permanent, would this mean you can place supermonkeys in places you normally would not be able to since dart monkeys are smaller than supermonkeys?

I was so hyped with this update and they didn't disappointed me, Geraldo is amazing ily nk

The action figure is nuts if you get it early, I managed to get it by round 10 by not spending any money except for Geraldo. at round 100 I could sell it for like 200k

You can horde multiple paragon totems so they end up adding a ton to the paragons, also try gathering multiple rabbits

My favorite item has to be the Quincy action figure but I think that the paragon item is the most interesting, especially in boss fights. Geraldo might actually be able to compete with Benjamin as the best hero for boss fights as he has that fertilizer item in his shop + can actually be able to do damage

I cant wait to see how insane farm strats are gonna be with Geraldo. Quincy figure, fertilizer and rejuv seem busted when it comes to farming. Kinda makes me worry for my boy Benjamin.

The fact that the rare quincy action figure eventually ends up costing like a hundred times more than quincy himself is kinda funny, lol

The quincy action figure I found is nuts. I got wall street at around 65 on impoppable new map, buy early sell later.

Imagine buying all of Geraldo’s stuff. I bet he will be a happy lad.

Is it me or does Geraldo offer WAY too much for the prices? All his “short term” effects last numerous rounds, and he gives you absurd discounts for supers and crossbows. And the ability to fire off a maelstrom for an absurd $500 is crazy cheap.

Things I’ve noticed: Action figure on round 299 (my max) is over 9.5 million Rejuv potion gives 50 lives Things restock every (?) Sharpening thing only affects things with the sharp damage type, BEZ would be cracked Getting 4 bunnies gets a paragon bunny turning it evil and combining them to one, they are purely visual

Did you know that If you give geraldo a pickle jar it gives it to every tower in his shop placed and if you place 4 bunnys down it will create a killer bunny that will attack bloons

Something really cool that you and Dabloon both missed, if you use the jar of pickles on Geraldo, all his turrets get the buff as well, the same goes for the camo vision. Really useful to give 10 towers camo detection at once

The rare quicny action figure increases it's sell price the longer the match goes, meaning if you get it early, you can wait a few rounds and sell it for a lot more then for what you bought it for

the blade shooter and super monkey are op lmao this’ll probably be pretty good for chimps at a glance from me

8:20 I think it's a different attack cause when you give a monkey the pepper, a little floating fire boy spawns and spews out fire

Actually I think the action figure is meant to be an investment so you have to buy it early when its cheap then sell it later once it becomes expensive.

If you buy a dart monkey under ptraining and turn it into a super you get the buff even on the super, but no free upgrades with mentoring. The jungle drums and ptraining buffs seem to stay even after selling the village Another thing is you can get a super on the flagship platforms now

The quincy figure increases in sell value overtime. From 16:18 to 16:27 it increases by 5k. 16:24 "It dID WHat I EXpecTEd It tO DO WHIcH iS abSOLutELy NotHinG"

The sharpening Stone is kinda broken IMO At level 15, It gives a permanant Pierce + Damage buff to anything, And the stone is REALLY cheap

The glue rats nerf was too much. Putting the goggles from max to sam. 😢

My favorite item is the Sharpening Stone. Permanent pierce buff to AP Darts and Bloonjutsu for its low cost is hell damn op, especially mid-late game.

Bloonchipper might be coming to btd6! you can see one in the new scrapyard map!

The great Quincy action figure increases in sell value so if you get it when it costs 5k you can later sell it when it’s worth 50k for 10x value

Rare quincy action figure actually has use! If you buy it early game by fully saving every coin after buying geraldo, the sell price of the quincy can increase to massive amounts late game as displayed at the end. Hope this help!

You can stack totems to get a degree 100 paragon even if you only have the original 3 teir 5’s of a tower. (It would take an insane amount of totems)

Yep, this update is absolutely wicked. Can't wait to see what people do with challenge editor shenanigans now that we have extra mini towers / buffs with Geraldo.

That Quincy figure is BUSTED. I placed it ASAP while playing the new map on easy mode, and it got to $17K by the end. 17K by round 40! That’s INSANE. Geraldo might be better at money-making than Ben! He’s definitely about to get nerfed to the ground 😂

I'm sure you've probably realized or been told by now, but the Quincy action figure actually continues to increase in value after placing it. so you can buy it at $3000, wait 50 rounds or so, then sell it for $70,000

I'm pretty sure that the quincy action figure is meant to be purchased early game and then after each round it increases it's sellback, making you profit

If you buy Quincy action figure for 1k early game, then wait till about 304, it sells for 10M! (Which is the highest it can go)

The Quincy action figure seems like some crazy money making with selling shenanigans

Quincy box thing is insane, I’ve played hard up to Impoppable on new map with Geraldo, and that thing makes farming crazy. Also pretty decent max buffed. Would be cool to see a solo run using him and allowing the turrets etc.

I was testing the update last night, and I found a bug with the cape that makes dart monkeys into super monkeys. If you have a 3xx/4xx/5xx village near the dart monkey then turn it into a super monkey, it keeps the buffs from top path village (even after selling the village)

I remember in the G challenge someone commenting saying "I'm from the future and this challenge would be a lot easier with geraldo"

I wonder... would geraldo's rejuvenation potion make ability reliant towers more useful, like plasma monkey fanclub?

the action figure is very good, it's sell value goes up by sooo much and at the start he costs a little less than 1k

Btw the Quincy doll increases in value to you can sell it back for way more

Quincy collectible is incredibly OP when you’re able to sell it.

After playing with Geraldo for a few hours on PC it seems like he would be a pain to use on Mobile.

Pretty sure rejuv potion is across the whole map btw, absolutely insane for it's price

I think the most impactful part of the update was the comma on the money count

any race with this guy is gonna be insane just for the maels alone

For the bunnies, you need to place 4 of them so they merges and attack bloons.

I managed to get the anti-bloon on hard mode before round 80 by selling the figure

A few things you missed (or didn't mention in the video): 1. If you buy the Quincy action figure really early for like 2k, then later on you can sell it for WAY more. 2. The bunnies dont do damage when you first buy it but when you get 4 bunnies they will merge together and attack the bloons. Im not sure how much dmg this does but its permanent. 3. If a shop item gets upgraded after you use it, the one you already bought wont have the upgraded effect. You need to buy it again to get the upgraded effect.

The reason that you couldnt give the effects to the tower you want was probably because you had other effects on them

If you watch the map closely, you can see a Bloonchipper near the track where Bloons do the loop

This character has too many features to be perfectly balanced on release, I'm sure the devs have missed some broken combos and I'm looking forwards to seeing them :)

So: Rare Quincy Action Figure. You can actually afford it early if you play right, at least on easy difficulty, not sure about harder. I bought one for ~800. The price does indeed skyrocket, which *also affects the sell price*; it is a money maker, by investing early and selling late you make a very large profit. Bunny: It is just cosmetic, until you place 4 of them. Then it makes an ANGRY bunny, which does pop bloons. Paragon Power totem: 1500 power per totem placed. This means that by placing 20 of them, it is possible to obtain a degree 100 paragon in singleplayer.

is it just me or does everyone want to see the genie try to follow its flight pattern in the geared race

ISAB, the genie just flies around in a figure 8 then shoots at balloons when it gets closer to them, it has a large radius though.

What have they done to Bloonchipper?

You can see that the new map has the bloonchipper as an Easter egg, so that's a pretty cool Easter egg

it seems that they made the money counter easier to read, also i love how ninja kiwi supposedly said that they are not going to add the bloonchipper back but on the map you can clearly see a bloonchipper

Placing a dart monke in a small spot (like the barrel in the middle of that advanced map) then turning into into a super manke so you can have a super manke on small spots You can power level geroldo to spam crossbows (but why) then sell and rebuy Also giving Geelong his own pickels and the white stuff in the bottle will effect his crossbows and totem thing but it won't show the eyes over them (idk if it effects others)

You can get degree 100 paragons in singleplayer with geraldo. Not cheap, but likely insane on bosses

If u place the dart monkey with primary training or above then u use geraldos supermoney buff.The stats of the village stay on the now transformed supermonkey with primary training.

so, some things of note that i noticed when i tried out this update: buffs on geraldo that came from his shop affect his deployed shooty towers, i.e. the see invisibiltiy potion and the jar of pickles have their buffs extend outwards to the deployables when given to geraldo, that might be a bug, i hope not the quincy action figure will increase in sell value as the rounds go up so you want to buy it early and sell it late, and it can be bought again after being sold once geraldo is capable of cycling his shop items to the point where he can be perma puffed with pickles, fire breathing potions, and camo visions, basically being one of the few towers to have an innate use against all bloon types you need to purchase the pet bunny and place it on geraldo multiple times, i think it was 4, i don't remember, and then it will say sold out and you will give geraldo a new attack that has the bunny act like the 5xx village attack minus the ricochet and just absolutely shred and bloons it touches (I love this one since i'm 99.99% certain this is a reference to Monty Python and the Holy Grail) any pops made by the shooty towers, flame potion, genie bottle, etc. count towards geraldo's total pop count, so it's possible to get all the pops on one unit and have a collective pop count greater than the actual pop count These are all things i noticed from just a single run with him last night after the update came out that weren't noticed in this vid, maybe y'all know this much by now, but figured i'd mention.

I think he blows Ben away by a ridiculous margin for boss runs. He has the action figure, though that is really just a one time burst of money late game (unless you can rebuy it after selling it for each tier?), but I think his discounted crossbows/supers should make him pretty good at defending early while you farm. A 25% boost to your top path farm (he restocks just fast enough to have it up permanently) will add up fast - especially if you’re also overclocking that farm. For the bosses themselves, he can give you crazy cheap pierce/damage buffs that stacks with alchemists for some pretty godlike towers. The fire potions (I think) can handle all lead waves and are basically a dragon’s breath without the wall. And against Bloonarius especially... those maelstroms are going to be amazing at clearing out the ceram waves. I haven’t messed around enough to see what the paragon boost does exactly (it’s clearly not an additive bonus), but that will definitely be great for bosses. Oh, yeah, and that rabbit is dynamite.

For the Quincy item, if you buy it immediately at the beginning of the game, the more you keep it, the more you can sell it for. At around round 80 in hard mode its around 104 thousand. Geraldo is my favorite hero now lmao he added the damn stock market into btd6

Actual favorite hero in the game. I play a lot of random co-op and lemme tell ya, its so much easier to win games with noobs with Geraldo. Free dart + Geraldo lets you save up to buy doll when it first comes out, then you use his survival tools to buff whatever your teammates forgot (camo, lead, high pierce) until you sell the doll for a banana farm. Lets you put down defence and save for a farm so u dont lose

Man the challenges that can some out of this guy, that's gonna be crazy.

Buffing Geraldo also buffs his towers. If you give him camo detection or the pickles the towers get them as well. But the chilli only affects Geraldo.

If you buy four or five pet bunny's in geraldo shop they transform into some angry bunny (idk what to call it) that attacks bloons like ninja in Bloons Pop

(Trust me they op)
