Both are giving me a France vibe, maybe we're getting a Paris France inspired world in the next expansion. I'd make sense since that's the city of love.. plus some romantic gameplay could include a romantic boat ride, like the last ts3 store set we got.
At first with the roadmap, I was thinking the new world would be either Mexico or South America, but now with these two kits I'm leaning more in the camp of the new world being France/Paris. Bistros are quintessential Paris and the French Riviera gives the exact vibes of the kit. France is also one of the countries most tied to romance and things in that category haha honeymoons, proposals, romantic getaways, etc. Not that the kits have to tie to the expansion at all, but I feel like the releases per quarter seem to follow a similar theme so it would make sense.
My favorite part about new packs or expansions are the way the modders and content creators enhance them and make them better or make them work how they should’ve when they were released.
Once again a random Grim Reaper mention. Something focusing on the Grim Reaper has to be happening soon! Maybe not this quarter but by Fall/Halloween I'm sure it's coming.
The grimreaper is sitting there as if he is waiting on a date or something. I hope we get a grim reaper pack or a update that gives the grim reaper some new interesting interactions or behaviors including romance stuff for the grim reaper without needing mods for it.
I feel like the new world is going to be French inspired. I feel like the bistro images were giving me Parisian cafe vibes and of course, the French Riviera retreat pack 😂. Not to mention Paris is the city of Love
The thing that makes me sus that the bistro kit will be good even witout other packs is the food sims eat on the screenshots. Unless it was staged but the nectar infront of bella cant be from bg so i thing we get new food options added to bg with the ubdste fir bars. Like griled chesse
Well, the Kits won't hint at anything, otherwise, why were the Book Nook Kit and the Grunge Revival Kit released before Horse Ranch AND announced at the Road Map? Poolside Splash Kit and the Modern Luxe Kit were released before For Rent and also announced on the Roadmap and neither has anything in common with the Expansions. If anything it gives me Hope that they actually planning to integrate the Dine Out Reload-Mod into the Game, because they bought them from the Modder or that they plan to Refresh Dine Out. But I think especially Cozy Bistro could also work really well with the Café from Get Together, isn't a Bistro some sort of specialised Café?
I desperately want a resorts/hotels expansion. And imma REALLY need them to stop giving us pool stuff with no new pool gameplay 😭 it's just teasing us so bad.
@@fantayzia I agree, there's a lot that could go into a hotels themed pack that could make it feel different enough than For Rent. Including going there yourself or as a household! I just don't want it done poorly where it feels like leftovers from For Rent, especially so close after it came out. Like how My First Pet Stuff felt like leftovers from Cats & Dogs. It would have to be distinctly different gameplay, and a lot of thought put into it to make it worth the $40 price tag. I remember seeing James Turner do a video with For Rent where he used it like a hotel. That's why I mentioned it 🙂
When I hear retreat, I think hotel I don’t know retreat and hotels seem like they would go together and then the romance pack it would all blend together really good
I"m betting the Sims will announce the kits tomorrow and we'll probably also get the laundry list that EA Cade on the forums said was coming several weeks ago in my May Patch Thread.
Aren't drinks like the Grappo Blaco, Avornalino, and Meloire base game? I know that they were in the game prior to Horse Ranch and they look exactly like nectar (I only know because I'm a wino in real life and tend to order these drinks for my sims a lot). The drinks in the pictures could be the Avornalino or Meloire, but I'm not sure if they come in a pack.
Don't get me wrong, it's nice to have rock waterfall fountains. But ultimately did we really need four of them? I stand exactly where I stood before about these kits. They're not terrible, but the fact one of them has four rocks (even if at least two of them are fountains) just feels like someone needed to fill spots and ran short of ideas. Hopefully the people who buy it enjoy it though.
@@fantayzia oh my goodness thank you soooo much! I have been watching you since 2020 and am just now coming back into the Sims community! I hope you never leave the internet lol.
I'll be good because I have both of I have the The d Dineout. And the get together one. So This game will work fine for me. Because I have Both of the packs that this game needs.
Hi!! I just wanted to say I love you and your videos to much and all of your info vids are super helpful and disaster diaries is one of my fav series ever ❤❤❤
So, will the EP be Paris themed? Hopefully so if it's a 1920 vintage vibe. I'm saying this because what if both theese kits are meant to complement the theme of the EP? And riviera tells me France or Italy. The bistro kit definitely could be either, but leans more towards France. 🤞🏾
