It’s small but not bad , it’s like the perfect single person house , u got ur bedroom , office and movie/workout room .

Yeah I agree. Not your biggest house but good for someone who doesn’t need a lot of space.

Very nice starter home for a single person, up to a small family or retirees. I would rather have the laundry in the garage and the space given to that second bedroom.

Great question! They offer different plans. Plans Low as 1248 to up to 1724 average system size (D/C KW) 3.6-4

Yeah your better offer just doing it after closing with a 3rd party solar company for more customization.

"Lot premium"? After purchase, does buyer OWN BOTH LOT/LAND AND HOUSE, or does developer still own the land beneath house?

When you pay a lot premium for a new build, you own both the house and the land it's built on. The premium is just for desirable features of the lot, not a different ownership structure.
