Very uncommon layout on this single wide home you need to see!! Hey friends, this is Chance with Chance's mobile home world(new name) and we have another awesome mobile home video tour video for you. Be sure to subscribe and like this video if you enjoy please!
This single wide has really big rooms which is hard to find for sure! The manufacturer for this home is Deer Valley. The model for this home is the "Broadway." This home is a 16x82, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,170 square foot living. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

I would like to see a single wide with 2 master bedrooms, one on each end. I think that would be cool. Be good for people with roommates. I want bigger closets lol

I agree.. for a single wide, I would prefer only two bedrooms.. that third bedroom is always too small for my tastes.. maybe do a small built in desk/office area, like I've seen in other homes.. but not a third room..

@@markmorris3579 how did you sort it out? I'm assuming you had to pay off the previous owners debt? I bought a forclosure with 10 acres but it also came with $4,000 in tax debt from the previous owner. I didn't really mind since it was a foreclosure I got a really good deal on the place. But I did have to pay their tax debt.

I love watching tiny house videos and can see the reasons the folks chose them, but honestly for the cost those beauties can reach, you could easily get a single wide and have fewer issues over regulations.

Very spacious for a single wide! Like the large windows in the kitchen area. Earthy colors are nice. Windows between the living and kitchen are nice touch up above!

Yes it is though mobile homes depreciate in value over time while houses appreciate. I would never buy a new trailer like this because it will be worth 1/10 of what I paid in 10 years that money can be better spent on a down payment for a traditional home that will create generational wealth for your children.

"If" I had to live in a SW, this would be it. I'd need a tile shower though. Good price. Large Pantry- gotta love that! Great Kitchen design. I'd rather have sliding glass doors by the table, but this is not bad.

I'm currently living in a run down 80's model single. I always wanted a newer double wide like my parents have, but after seeing this and many others on your channel, I think I would be happy with either one. As long as it had hard wood floors throughout and was built well, which I think most mobile homes now are. Maybe one of these days I will be able to get something this nice.

This is the closest to perfect I've seen yet! Beautifully set up, great colors, LOVE the 2 big bedrooms...only thing missing is an office. Other than that, wow!

This is very nice for a single wide, 1 thing i don't like with any mobile home or regular custom built homes is the closet being in the bathroom 🙄 that's my only pet peeve 😤

True, more room to expand the walk in closet, which I would need as I have a massive clothes collection and many pieces are very dear to me. Every time I watch one of these I think "can I store my collection here?".

@@BrittMFH I think I misunderstood Jeanette's comment. I thought she meant just having an en-suite without a bath because that is what I would prefer. There is already a bath in the other bathroom so no need for two in the home. Yes I definitely agree to two loos (one solely for visitors). I have lived so far (I'm 56) with only one bathroom in my home and sometimes would like a loo for visitors but we have no room. Once, when having bathroom remodelled, I used my neighbours :D.

I really like this home. I love the interior colors and layout. The only thing I would ask the manufacturer for is a coat closet at the front door. I could absolutely see myself living comfortably in this home.

I think a door to the right of the front door, that separates the guest bathroom and 2nd bedroom from the living area (for privacy) would be a good idea. Then you could install hooks opposite the guest bathroom for coats etc. What do you think?

MrsTabby1963 My preference is at the entrance so guest can hang up their coats and remove wet shoes and boots. But a place for coats and other things would be great as long it’s close to the front door and a person doesn’t have to track through the house.

I never understood why these Companies never make single or Double Wide with just 2 Master Bedrooms, at opposite ends of the house. Plenty of people would buy one and rent one of the Bedrooms out to pay their loan down, or simply have a nice Guest room or office. Every Double wide I look at tries to cram as many bedrooms as they can making for a cramped feeling.

I just LOVE the kitchen/dining room layout‼️ The 3 BIG windows there in the dining room just sold me in itself! But let's not forget that beautiful large tub in the master❣️💜 It looked like the tub 🛁 in the other bathroom looked extra big compared to usual ones. Then add to that the extra sq footage of the bedrooms makes this extra nice! TFS‼ 👍

Oh love this home, and especially the colors that they go with. I’m very partial to the earth tones so the browns and tans look good. Just keep showing these type of single words or some of the smaller double Wides. But if I had the money that would be coming to where I want to be when I can get out of where I live. Thank you for showing these because whenever everything clears I want to take my inheritance said south, will further south to South Carolina and invest and live there the rest of my days.

Hey Chance, it's Alex out here in California! I hope you are doing just peachy! This is the first single-wide I have looked at. Not really for me but it's pretty nice. You mentioned in the guest closet that you can walk in it and that is true. But the question is, can we skip and hold hands? That is the closet for me, Mr. Chance! SO, I will continue to tune in because I know you have shown closets that you could skip and hold hands in so I know my closet is out there. Take care, brother! We'll talk again.

Hi Chance! I love this two bedroom single wide. The colors are perfect to me and the walls with the trim above are always a plus. The utility room is perfect and after seeing the closet in there I was actually surprised to see the one off the master bath. I love the tubs too. One thing that I notice inmost kitchens is the fact that the exhaust fans in the kitchens just filter through the microwave and to me, that doesn't provide much ventilation for cooking etc. I know because I raised five great kids and have cooked and canned a LOT! I'm 72 yrs old now and I still love to cook, maybe not everyone feels as I do. Thank you for your presentation, I appreciate it very much. Thanks, Teresa, Indianapolis, In

I love the layout of the kitchen and how it hides the master. Also, there is plenty of room for a dining table and chairs. A narrow, long (15" x 60") island on casters would work for prep space. The bedrooms are a really good size. The entire home has great space for a single or couple. Thanks for showing.

My only complaint was that there is only one closet. You need either two small closets or a Huge Walk-in Closet for Her and a Side Closet for Him.

I love this one! Love the well lit dining area with the natural light and the kitchen And no farmhouse sink! My family and I lived in a single wide for 18 years. I still miss it sometimes. I don’t know why mobile home manufacturers always have the kitchen to the left of the living room. Shortly after we purchased ours, I stopped by the dealer with a question I had and since the salesman was a friend of mine, he showed me the only one I’ve ever seen with the kitchen to the right of the living room. Had I seen that one first, I would have definitely gone with that one.

And a different back door (too much glass) be scared I'd be woken up to glass busting overnite round here .otherwise great . could put a island in that kitch. too. Not a bad price , seen other singles that costs lots more.
