Škoda Octavia RS 245 HP TSI 2021 model that I had on the test had a rather controversial aftermarket "exhaust sound". It's called Panthera, and it is actually an active sound generator, a big speaker that goes underneath the car and is connected to the car's computer. You have various modes (eco, race, sport on the switch inside the car, and many more on the mobile app.

I too was tire of being a nobody. Then I scored this 2005 Honda Civic. Sawed off the exhaust. Now I'm cruising the hood in this insanely loud supercar - brutal. The ladies are taking notice. sick

Fantastic sound. If they could reduce the delay on it, it would be a great option. Unfortunately all 4 cylinder engine sound crap. If they tweak this i would go for it.

One or two?😶 justed wanted to know because then I can compare how loud it would realy be if I put one or maybe 2 on the car? Greetz

nice to hear that :) speaking about the aftermarket sound, it's a big speaker that goes underneath the car and with mobile app you can configure various sounds (even a very loud V12). Name of the system is Panthera so best way is to try to check their official website :)

@@crospotter13 hihi, I already know that. I'm going to pay it tommorow, so i'm already some steps further than knowing the 'name' of the system haha, i'm joking eh😉. No but you don't know how many aktuators that there are under the car right? Well, they have a total pack of 1 aktuator and 2 aktuators to get even more sound. But I don't realy know how loud one sound box is. So on this skoda you have the leo cube 4.0 but there are 1 or 2 of these sound boxes under car, and that's the thing I realy want to know actualy😅 because there are not that mutch video's of this 4.0 version yet. But yhe if you don't know I will see😂

Thank you for the info. And the serial rims are 7,5j 18 inch ET48 with 225 45 18 tyres. With 20mm spacers you have ET28. So if I get 8j 19 inch ET35 with 225 40 19 tyres, it would be the same clearence on the fenders. So should be all good.

To je da tebi u kolima bude bolji ugodjaj bez da drugima smeta. Da ne moras spustat sva cetiri prozora radi zvucne izolacije kako bi cuo pozadi auspuh. A jos pri tome ne smijes ugraditi preglasan auspuh radi regulacija i ostalih sranja. To opet varira od drzave do drzave. Ipak na kraju nije fazon da ga drugi cuju, fazon je da ga ti cujes dok si u kolima.

@@muameriljazagic922 lol koja si to budala :D svijet je zaista u kurcu kad su vas uspjeli da vas uvjere u ovakve gluposti da se odreknete prirodnog zvuka motora i svakakvih nepotrebnih dodataka u autu. Zaglupili su aute a bome i ljude koji kažu da “vole te iste aute” ... i ne ja ne kupujem auto da bi se video. Nego upravo suprotno. Ja kupujem auto da uživam u njemu. A uživati sigurno ne možeš sa prigušenim zvukom i limiterom okretaja na 4000 o/min i još razno raznim “tehnološkim riješenjima”

@@MLAGG10N3 Ociti ne znas dobro citati. Pricam ti regulacije kakve su iz drzave u drzavu. To nema vise veze sa zvukom motora. Ako si ikada bio u njemackoj, sviestan si toga da kada bi nabio neki jak auspuh koji je preglasan, tvoja kola bi zavrsila u automehanicarskoj radnji dok god ne bi sredio kako treba da bude po zakonu ne bi ga mogao voziti.

Can we acctualy also get this system for other cars? Because this is an rs petrol car I mean... it doesn't realy need this because you straight pipe it and you can go even louder haha. But I got a 1.6 diesel so if that would be possible to get this on my car I would definatly do that!

Hello mate, nope, this is PANTHERA aftermarket system, speaker installed underneath the car. From factory you get inside sound which you can turn on/off, but this system is for sound outside and has remote control and it’s not made by Skoda

It sounds like a video game, it is too digitized. Especially as the rpm decreases. Then suddenly it goes from a whiny turbo charged car to a V8 rumble in no time flat from rev to idle. Too fake.

Nul... Archi nul. Propriétaire de la nouveau OCTAVIA VRS COMBI, le premier truc que j'ai demandé à la livraison du véhicule, c'est de couper le faux bruit de moteur à l'intérieur. Alors pourquoi en rajouter à l'extérieur. C'est ridicule. Pourquoi SKODA n'a tout simplement pas mis un échappement digne de cette voiture qui est tellement géniale sur le reste....
