I like the idea that this special story is actually an updated version of the special story that happened in the 1st anniversary where Goku & Vegeta (from Resurrection F) meet Vegito except we have Goku & Vegeta from DBS Broly

I honestly prefer non-fusions characters as a main units for the anniversary, but the match-up is pretty interesting, especially I didn't expect a Gogeta VS Fused Zamasu fight.
There’s still animations they could’ve done from the fights with gogeta vs broly and vegito vs buuhan and plus fusions in general ESPECIALLY Gogeta and Vegito will literally print Bandai money so why wouldn’t they?

Honestly I kind of wish they didn’t show Rilldo because that made want SSJ4 Gogeta there too. Just have the trio of fusions (even though two of them are Gogeta, but from different Z sequels)

7th Anniversary Story Event: Super Gogeta & SSJ4 Gogeta VS Super Janemba, LSSJ Broly, LSSJ Full Power Broly (DBS), Omega Shenron, Half-Corrupted Fused Zamasu, Super Baby 2, Golden Frieza, Perfect Cell and Kid Buu.
Yeah....hopefully the festival or 7th anni will do something different, but i doubt it Why go with something interesting and unique when you can use the same characters that you already know will make tons of money?
Of the hundreds of units in DB legends there are 16 Gogeta/Vegito units. Including only 1 SS4 Gogeta. As for the GT comparison, GT was ONLY Goku time, and anytime it wasn’t about Goku, it was about Pan who sucked. Legends has more then just its anniversary and in that large gap of time, they release a LOT of units that typically are not fusions. And even during the anniversary we get lots of units that aren’t Gogeta and Vegito. Of course these are all hype units, because celebrations call for big things that people like. And MOST people like fusions. “Who gives a shit about hype” most people is the answer. So when you have to pick a character for an event that’s meant to be a big deal you pick the character that makes as many people as happy as possible. What you’re asking is essentially “fuck everyone else I want an anniversary tailored to me and like five other people” which is not what an anniversary is about. If you want a Premium Yamaha unit, don’t expect it during a celebration meant to please as many people as possible. There are also the business reasons for why they would never do something like this, mainly Anniversary units take up a lot of time and resources, so putting all that into a character that’s not gonna make money makes no sense.
No they didn't stop lying this is Goku and Vegeta from the time period before they even faced Buuhan or Kid Buu. What this confirms is that Janemba is stronger than Fat Buu, Evil Buu, Super Buu and maybe Buutenks. They haven't experienced Kid Buu or Buuhan yet. Goku even says he got the Potara from Supreme Kai to fight Buu and that is when only Buutenks is around for Goku to help Gohan against Buu.
I'm not sure. Dragon Ball Legends's power scale is quite bit wacky, especially I feel like they didn't count base level of different eras. In the story mode, there're instance where DBS characters were scale relatively to DBZ characters, when the most of the former are far stronger than the latters, like how Frost should be able to kill Shallot, Vegeta and Frieza with little issue since he's post-TOP, and pre-U6 Cabba should still be able to put New Cell in his place. I honestly think Buu arc Vegito shouldn't be able to put a dent on a Fused Zamasu or even RoF characters when the former is implied to be weaker than ritual SSG Goku.
@@MinhLe19303 The producer stated years ago the characters in the game are as strong as they appear in the anime series. All this about scaling is all head canon based on speculation from fans. That's the whole point of games to have characters interact and see who can fight who and who is stronger it's the only way to have direct comparison. DB Legends shows what Xenoverse, Heroes etc shows it's no different. Fans continue to overhype characters such as Frost or cabba they are not that strong especially before the ToP. DB Legends scaling takes from the anime series and sometimes gives characters a boost in power. Frost didn't kill them because he was playing around and wanted to torture Frieza for payback from what happened to him during the ToP. He messed around to much and got destroyed from eating to much of the Tree of Might Fruit.
@@MinhLe19303 Vegito was never implied weaker than SSG Goku from BoG. Goku made a guess and in the original Japanese text it gives that clear indication he isn't sure and in top of the fact that he was wrong as SSG was nothing to Beerus. Vegito was also stated not only in other scans and anime guides to be holding back against Buu but even in Xenoverse has it say that he was not at full power even as a Super Saiyan against Buu. That's why it took in DB Legends two SSB from RoF just to fight against Super Vegito from the Buu arc.
@@GodslayerSeiya But base Cabba in U6 tournament at least SSG level in BoG, no? Vegeta noted his normal power to even to his, which his base form is already surpassed SSG in BoG. New Cell is able to beat him in him in SS, despite he was able to be defeated by SS2 Shallot and Gohan, who isn't much stronger since the OG Cell Game.
